淮安智能化110kV渔沟变综合自动化系统设计与实施

【摘要】 变电站综合自动化系统是在计算机和网络通信技术的基础上发展起来的,近几年,在我国科学技术发展迅速,电子产品的更新换代及定型越来越快。从近些年对现代网络系统的应用和实践来看,变电站综合自动化系统的运用给变电站设计安装、调试和运行、维护、管理等方面都带来了一系列的技术变革。基于对变电站综合自动化系统的了解和认识,本课题结合国内外智能化变电站先进科学技术应用结构类型,尤其是基于对象设计、面向间隔的分层分布智能化结构模式,提出淮安智能化110kV渔沟镇变电站综合智能自动化系统应用技术革新的可行性改进措施。围绕淮安智能化110kV渔沟变综合智能自动化系统的设计与实施,本课题开展的主要研究成果如下:(1)结合国内变电站综合智能自动化系统的应用现状和相关研究成果结合国外的先进科技技术对变电站综合自动化系统进行技术革新的设计方案。(2)本课题选择变电枢纽重镇淮阴区渔沟镇为实验段,首先概述渔沟镇的电网结构,分析渔沟镇电网结构升级的需求和渔沟变电建设目标,简述智能变电站综合自动化系统的基本特点,分析建设智能化110kV渔沟枢纽变电为当地带来的经济社会效益。(3)分析淮安智能化110kV渔沟变综合自动化的设计,包括变电站的主要设计原则,系统结构形式的选取和主要功能要求。并根据可行性研究提出淮安智能化110kV渔沟变的设计方案、系统结构、设备组成、安全措施布置和网络信息结构。(4)分析淮安智能化110kV渔沟变综合自动化设备选型与功能实现。创立智能变电站自动化系统的网络程序结构,保证运营过程中的各项数据和监控信息传送的可靠性。智能自动化变电站的后方监控系统的创立也需要软硬件结合作用完成,确保提供出人机交互运营环境畅通的现代化智能化变电站监控系统。通过从结构形式、主要功能、应用效果等方面对综合自动化系统的设计,从设备选型、保护测控装置和五防系统等方面对变电综合自动化系统进行实施。本文设计的110kV渔沟变综合自动化系统不仅能够满足变电站控制高精度性能、响应速度快、数据传输可靠的基本要求,而且还具有较强的可扩展性和易用易维护的特点。在整个智能变电站系统的设计和实施过程中,充分考虑了渔沟镇的电网结构现状和近期发展。前期对渔沟镇变电网系统实地考察,结合电网现状进行前景分析。本设计基于原有变电基础上进行改进,在做好与已有电网结构充分融合的基础上,预留了220kV变电站自动化升级及技术改造的空间。另外,为适应当前电网发展趋势的要求,还充分考虑了智能变电站系统建成投产后对分布式能源的吸纳能力。
【Abstract】 Substation automation system is developed on the basis of computer and network communication technology. In recent years, the science and technology develop rapidly, and the replacement and stereotypes of electronic products are faster than before. From the recent application of modern network systems and practices, it has brought a series of technical innovations in the use of substation automation system for substation design, installation, commissioning and operation, maintenance and management.According to the understanding of the Substation automation system, the article combines with some form of application architecture of intelligent substation automation systems at domestic and abroad. Particularly, those based on interval-oriented, object design of hierarchical distributed integrated automation architecture model of integrated automation system in Huai’an intelligent 110kV Yugou exchange, and proposed feasibility of the design scheme and the innovation improvements.Around the Huai’an intelligent 110kV integrated automation system’s design and implementation, this article mainly carried out the following studies:(1) Connected with the Current status substation automation systems and related research, combined with foreign advanced technology to improve the design of the integrated substation automation system.(2) The subject’s test section selects variable hub and the District Town called Yugou town of Huai’an as the experimental segment, firstly, to outline the grid structure Yugou Town, and then analyze Yugou Town grid’s needs upgrading and Yugou substation’s construction target, and outline intelligent the basic characteristics of substation automation system, finally, to analyze the intelligent building 110kV substation hub for the location of Yugou which brings economic and social benefits.(3) Analysis of the Huaian intelligent 110kV Yugou exchanges integrated automation’s design, includes the main design principles of the substation, and the system structure and the main functions of the selection requirements. According to the feasibility study, design principles, system configuration, device configuration, and network protection function proposed 110kV Yugou exchanges intelligent of Huaian,(4) Analysising of the Huaian intelligent 110kV Yugou exchanges integrated automation equipment selection and function realization. Building up the integrated substation automation network system to make sure the various information is reliable. It is necessary to combine the hardware and software to establish the background monitoring systems, and to provide the human-computer interaction and system condition of the modern intelligence substation monitoring system.By terms of the structure, function, application result of the integrated automation system design, and executed from the equipment selection, IED and five anti-system and other aspects of substation integrated automation system. This design of 110kV Yugou exchanges integrated automation system can not only meet the performance substation control precision, fast response, reliable data transmission of the basic requirements, but also has strong augment ability and ease of using and easy to maintain.In the whole process of design and implementation of intelligent substation system, the full account of the status of the grid structure and recent development of Yugou Town. Early to check the variable grid system of Yugou town,and combine the prospective to take the analysis of the status of power grid. The design is based on the basis of the existing substation improvements, to do on the basis of full integration with the existing grid structure, and reserved on the space for the automation upgrading and transformation is about 220kV substation. In addition, to adapt the requirements of the current development trend of the grid, and also gives full consideration after completing the intelligent substation system, how about the capability of distributed energy absorption.
