高校隐性思想政治教育探析

【摘要】 传统的显性思想政治教育作为我国高校思想政治教育工作的主导形态,所取得的成就可谓是有目共睹的。然而时代在前进,社会在发展,教育环境也在不停地变化。在这种新形势下,单靠直接灌输式的显性思想政治教育已不能完全满足高校思想政治教育的要求。如果说显性思想政治教育是思想政治教育“有形的手”,那么隐性思想政治教育就是思想政治教育那只“无形的手”,当“有形的手”无法完全满足高校思想政治教育的需求时,就需要结合“无形的手”来共同发挥作用。因此,我们必须大力加强对隐性思想政治教育的理论研究,努力推进其在高校实际工作中的展开。本文通过对隐性思想政治教育的基本概念进行界定,对其历史渊源进行追溯,对其基本特征及作用进行深入探讨,并对当前高校隐性思想政治教育所取得的成就及存在的问题进行分析,旨在实践操作层面探索出高校隐性思想政治教育有效展开的新途径,从而为高校隐性思想政治教育的顺利实施提供一些借鉴。本文具体内容由以下四个部分构成:第一部分:隐性思想政治教育概述。本部分主要对其基本概念进行界定,并对中西方隐性思想政治教育的历史渊源进行梳理,以为后续研究奠定理论基础。第二部分:隐性思想政治教育的基本特征及其作用。本部分对隐性思想政治教育的四个基本特征展开了较为详细的论述,并对其作用进行了分析。第三部分:高校隐性思想政治教育取得的成绩及存在的问题。本部分是在前两部分理论的基础上对我国高校隐性思想政治教育的整体把握。一方面对其取得的成绩给予肯定,另一方面,从显隐关系的把握上、高校思想政治教育工作者素质上、教育载体上找出其问题所在。第四部分:高校隐性思想政治教育的实现途径。本部分是针对上一部分存在的问题而提出的相应对策,即从显隐关系、高校思想政治教育工作者素质、教育载体三个方面进行对策的深入分析,这是本文的最后一部分,也是本文的重点所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the dominant form in universities,the traditional explicit ideological and political education’s achievements are obvious to all.However,the times are moving forward,the society is developing,and the educational environment is also constantly changing.Under the new situation,the explicit ideological and political education by direct infusion alone can’t fully meet the requirements of ideological and political education in universities.If the explicit ideological and political education is the “visible hand” of the ideological and political education,then the hidden ideological and political education is the “invisible hand” of the ideological and political education.When the “visible hand” can’t fully meet the needs of university’s ideological and political education,we must combine the “invisible hand” to work together.So we must strengthen the theoretical research of the hidden ideological and political education,and try hard to promote the development of its actual work in universities.This paper aims to explore effective ways in the practical level of the hidden ideological and political education’s expansion in universities by defining the basic concept,tracing back to the historical origin,exploring the basic features and functions of the hidden ideological and political education,and analyzing its achievements and problems in universities,thereby providing some reference for its smooth implementation in universities.The specific content of this paper consists of the following four parts:Part one: Outline of the hidden ideological and political education.This part is mainly about defining its basic concept and tracing back to its historical origin in both China and the west,these are used to lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.Part two: The basic characteristics and functions of the hidden ideological and political education.This part launched a detailed exposition on the four basic characteristics and functions of the hidden ideological and political education.Part three: The achievements and existing problems of the hidden ideological and political education in universities.This part is the overall grasp of the hidden ideological and political education in our universities,it is based on the theory of the first two parts.On the one hand,the success of the hidden ideological and political education in universities must be affirmed.On the other hand,we should find out where its trouble lies from the grasp of the relationship between the explicit and implicit,the quality of the ideological and political education workers,and the education carriers.Part four: The realization ways of university’s hidden ideological and political education.This part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems existing in the last part,that is in-depth analysis of the countermeasures from the relationship between the explicit and implicit,the quality of the ideological and political education workers,and the education carriers.This is the last part of this paper,which is also the focus of this paper.更多还原
