专业数字资源自助服务平台系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在当下的年代,科学信息技术渗透至我们生活中每个层面之中。众多的教育学家提出在高校推行教育信息化的理念,本篇论文依此为背景进行专业数字资源自助服务平台的研发,这在国内目前的高校教育中是有重要意义的。此管理系统是本校图书馆进行自主研发的项目,其从我校自身特点出发,结合我校的课程准则与高校资金情况,努力的创建出一条与我校的数字化图书馆相匹配的道路。这样对我校的教学质量的提高、老师业务能力的提升、学生学习的积极性和对我校图书资源的完善都会有着十分重要的意义和作用。专业数字资源自助服务平台系统的研发用的是ASP. NET开发工具与功能强大的C#编程语言。在系统方面引进新的技术,这样对系统的先进性和稳定性都有可靠的保证,与此同时,也大大的提升的系统的开发效率。专业数字资源自助服务平台系统目前运行在局域网络下的B/S架构体系上,这对系统后期的推广使用与管理平台都是非常方便的同时,也会大大的降低系统运营的成本。专业数字资源自助服务平台用于归纳整理校园的数字以及媒体相关的资源,涉及用户管理、图书资源、音频和视频资源、连环画阅读资源、系统管理资源等几大模块。其中图书资源又细分为期刊、硕博论文、专题数据等几个子模块。系统目前主要对本校已经进行了数字化处理的图书、音频、视频、电子文件等数字化信息资源进行管理。系统运行于本校校园内的局域网络上,功能上实现对数字化的图书、音视频等资源进行整理、上传、下载、搜索等。系统的用户主要是学生、老师、图书管理员等。此系统可以让数字化的资源进行有效的整合、管理,让这些资源可以被更加广泛、有效的传播使用。该论文主要研究的内容为与:对专业数字资源自助服务平台系统的创建的必要和背景进行了数据论证和调研研究。对得到的结果进行需求的分析总结,对系统管理中的元数据信息进行收集获取;对系统中的数字资源进行整合归类,而且还对数字资源自助服务平台系统的功能用例、数据需求、数据库等进行详细的设计。研发出系统的功能模块来,对数字化的信息资源共享平台与利用进行合理的搭建。对系统初期的基础数据进行积累,在学生和老师中广泛的推广该系统。

【Abstract】 With Today’s science information technology everywhere, it has infiltrated into people’s lives in all aspects. So as the background, a large number of educators propose to implement information technology in education in college philosophy. R & D professional digital resources self-service platform in the country in the current higher education is of importance. This is the school library management system independent research and development project, which from my school with its own characteristics, combining curriculum guidelines and university funding our school, efforts to create a school with my digital library that matches the road. Thus the quality of teaching in our school improvement, to enhance the operational capacity of the teacher, student motivation to learn and improve our school library resources will have a great significance and role.Professional digital resource service platform system is developed using ASP.NET development tools and powerful C# programming language. The introduction of new technologies in the system, so that the system’s advanced nature and stability have a reliable guarantee at the same time, but also greatly enhance the efficiency of the system development. Professional digital resources self-service platform system is currently running in the local area network B/S architecture system, the latter on the system to promote the use and management platform are very convenient, at the same time, will greatly reduce the cost of system operation.Professional digital resources self-service platform for organizing campus digital and media resources, involving user management, books and audio resources, paintings enjoy resources, comic reading resources, system resources management and other six major modules. The book is divided into many sub modules of resources. At present, the system has been carried out on the digital processing of books, audio, video, electronic documents and other digital information resources management. The system runs in the local area network of the campus, the function of the digital books, audio and video and other resources to organize, upload, download, searching and so on. The users of the system are mainly students, teachers, librarians, etc.. This system allows the integration of digital resources, effective management, so that these resources can be more widely and effectively spread the use of.The main research content is:to create the necessary resources and background professional digital self-service platform system was demonstrated data and research studies. The result was subjected to requirements analysis and summary of metadata information system management were collected to obtain; in the system of digital resources to integrate classified, but also on digital resources self-service platform function of the system use cases, data requirements, database detailed design. Modules developed system, the digitized information resources sharing platform with the use of reasonable structures. On the basis of the initial data systems accumulate, students and teachers in the promotion of a wide range of the system.
