广西高校教育学科发展水平研究
Research on the Level of University Education Discipline Development in Guangxi Province

【摘要】 自1999年大学扩招以来,我国高校竞争日趋激烈,高校之间竞争的关键是高校学科之间的竞争,只有加快学科建设才能让高校在激烈的竞争之中立于不败之地。为了推动高校学科的发展,教育部相继出台了一系列政策措施,使高校落实和扩大了学科专业自主设置权,这对高校学科发展来说即是机遇也是挑战。对于广西高校教育学科而言,抓住此次学科发展的机遇是未来广西高校教育学科能否取得突破和建立学科优势的关键,而了解广西教育学科发展的现状,明晰广西高校教育学科在发展过程中存在的问题是抓住此次学科发展机遇的前提条件。本研究通过对国内外教育学科发展和趋势、学科评价现状以及学科评价指标体系构建进行梳理和分析,参考建立评价指标体系的依据和原则设计了一套教育学科评价指标体系。依据教育学科评价指标体系对搜集的数据进行统计分析,对广西区内十所高校教育学科进行纵向比较,研究发现广西各高校教育学科发展水平和媒体关注度两极分化严重,师范类高校的教育学科在人力资源投入、经费投入、人才培养和科研产出上远超非师范类高校教育学科;通过对广西、江西和河北三省九所高校进行横向比较,研究表明广西高校教育学科整体发展水平虽然取得了一定的成绩,但是与江西和河北两省高校存在着一定的差距,尤其在经费投入、科研产出和媒体关注度上,其远落后于江西和河北两省。最后依据广西高校教育学科发展所存在的问题,提出加强人才队伍建设、加大经费投入力度、关注人才培养状况、重视学科宣传和加强学科的科研能力建设等建议。
【Abstract】 Competition between Chinese universities have been more and more fierce, since universities had been enrolled from 1999. The key competition between universities Universities is the competition between disciplines. Only to speed disciplines to make colleges and universities keep invincible. In order to promote the development of university disciplines, the Ministry of Education is the introduction of the relevant provisions. This policy allows colleges and universities to implement and expand the right to set up independent disciplines. It is the opportunities and challenges for the Development of Higher Education. To the higher education discipline in Guangxi, seizing this opportunity for development of the subject is the key to the future of higher education discipline in Guangxi, which can make a breakthrough and establish discipline advantage. Understanding the development status quo of Guangxi higher education discipline the and clearing the problem which is in the discipline development process is the subject prerequisite to seize this opportunity for development.This study outlines and analyzes the current situation of education development research discipline at home and abroad. We refer to the establishment of the basis and principles of evaluation index system and design a scientific and rational evaluation index system of education discipline. Finally, indicators were weight distribution. This study statistically analyses the data collected which was based on education discipline evaluation system. After the general education discipline to grasp the level of development of Guangxi, we longitudinally compare the Guangxi region of ten universities education discipline. We believe that the level of development of Guangxi Higher Education disciplines and media attention are a serious polarization. Educational Subjects in Normal Universities which is the human resources investment, funding investment, personnel training and scientific research output are far more than non-educational disciplines of Normal University. We horizontally compare the nine higher education disciplines of Guangxi, Jiangxi and Hebei provinces. We believe that the overall level of development of higher education discipline Guangxi has made some achievements, but it also has a certain gap, especially in funding, research outputs and media attention, it is far behind in Jiangxi and Hebei provinces. Finally, according to the Development of the College of Education discipline problems remedy, we propose to strengthen the development of qualified personnel, increase investment funds, show solicitude for human training, emphasizes discipline propaganda and promote its strengthening research capacity-building and other disciplines recommendations.
