中烟南阳数字仓储系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 近年来,随着科学技术的快速发展,越来越多的行业开始走向信息化,烟草行业亦是如此。众所周知,烟草在生产完之后,需要通过运输进行配送到全国各地,说到需要配送,就不得不说物流的效率了。由于各个地区的物流水平不一,所以在配送的过程中会产生一系列的问题,比如说,在配送的过程中,由于地区差异,配送数据不能及时传回,导致货物是否到达不能在第一时间知晓。为了改善这一现状,亟需开发出一套在配送过程中能够及时处理数据,并对烟草配送业务流程进行智能化操作的数字仓储系统,本系统在南阳市进行试点。本文主要是对现有的仓储系统和各个地区的业务流程进行分析,分析之后找出一些问题,根据国家烟草局的标准,对新的物流仓储系统的流程模型和功能结构进行设计,本系统可以实现物流配送的入库、出库、盘点、配货等等功能,系统各个部分之间连接紧密。最后将收集到的数据通过消息队列传送给国家烟草局。本系统在设计时采用的是B/S模式,利用Java开发语言,对系统的各个功能模块进行设计,在数据采集时,利用的是SQL server数据库,用可扩展标记语言实现各个功能模块之间的数据传递,根据系统的设计规范进行详细设计,最后对系统进行测试,找出系统中存在的不足。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, more and more industries become informatization, so does the tobacco industry. As is known to all, After production, tobacco need to be transported for distribution to all parts of the country, where the efficiency of logistics need to be mentioned. Due to different level of logistics in different regions, a series of problems occur in the process of distribution, for example, in the process of delivery, whether the goods arrived or not can’t be recognized at the first time due to regional differences and the delayed distribution data.In order to improve the present situation, a set of data that can be processed in a timely manner in the process of distribution and the tobacco distribution business process intelligent operation of digital storage system need to be developed, where Nanyang city was chosen as the pilot place.This article aims at analyzing the existing storage systems and business processes of various areas and finding out certain problems, according to the national standard of tobacco, a process model of the new logistics warehousing system structure and function design, this system can realize logistics distribution warehousing, outbound, inventory, distribution, and so on function, the connection between all parts. Finally the collected data through the message queue to national core positions.B/S mode is adopted in the design of this system by using the Java development language, the system of each function module design. While data collection, SQL server database is used where extensible markup language (XML) is adopted to implement the data transmission between the various functional modules. The deficiencies in the system are based on the system design specification for the detailed design, the testing system.
