【摘要】 近些年,票据的利用和交易总量随着我们国家经济蓬勃上升,还有大小企业不断提升诚信程度和对资金的继续呈迅速扩大走向。在众多货币中,它是其中最主要的部分,在不同融资中其中商业汇票是其中最主要票据,它可以调节市场。因为一个系统的建设需要很长一段过程,正因如此电子商业汇票的系统也是一样,每一样东西的更新换代,旧的模式也会参与其中,纸质商业汇票也是同理。所以说旧的系统仍然要保持着原有的功能和服务,例如登记查询,公开报价功能。互联网技术和计算机终端还是主要的载体,用来处理最基本的三项功能的数据。提供与电子商业汇票货币给付、资金清算等相关电子商业汇票业务处理服务功能,并提供纸质商业汇票登记查询功能及商业汇票公开报价功能的业务处理平台。本文实现的电子商业汇票管理系统主要包括空白凭证管理、承兑业务(银承)、贴现、转贴现业务、转卖业务和到期托收和收回票款等业务管理功能。其中电子票据部分与人民银行电子商业汇票系统相连接,作为发送、接收、登记、存储、查询的“中介”,具备三项基本功能是必要的一是电子商业汇票业务,二十纸质商业汇票登记查询业务,三是商业汇票公开报价业务。本文介绍了电子商业汇票管理系统的系统分析部分,包括系统分析、业务流程分析等；数据库设计是主要介绍,系统功能设计也是主要介绍的部分；系统实现部分说明了贴现业务模块的功能,并附带了一些主要系统运行的页面和测试分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with rapid and stable development of China’s economy, business improvement in the level of credit and direct financing needs of the increased use of commercial bills our growing paper market trading volume and market transactions have been expanding. As China’s an important part of the money market to finance commercial bills of exchange as the main business paper market has played an important role.In China’s Electronic Commerce Draft System construction demonstration of the process, taking into account the promotion and popularization of electronic instruments have a certain process, paper-based long-term commercial bills of exchange will exist to facilitate the flow of paper bills, the system should also provide commercial paper bill Register search function, and commercial bills and paper bills of public offer electronic commerce capabilities. Therefore, the People’s Bank-led development of electronic commerce relies on ticket system located in the network and computer technology, reception, registration, bill of exchange of data messages forwarded e-commerce, e-commerce bill to provide monetary payments, fund settlement and other related electronic commerce business processing services bill, and to provide paper registration inquiries commercial bills and commercial bills of exchange function features an open offer business processing platform.Through analysis, the current management system is mainly commercial bills are blank certificate management, acceptance business (silver bearing), discount, rediscount business, resale and recovery operations and fare collection due such business management.
