大连旧工业建筑绿色再利用设计研究

【摘要】 伴随着经济快速发展和城市产业模式转型,许多传统行业面临着衰退与败落的景象,致使城市中大量旧工业建筑处于闲置状态。面对目前日益恶化的环境问题、资源能源短缺的现状,对闲置的旧工业建筑进行拆除重建的方式越来越不被大家接受,旧工业建筑绿色再利用成为建筑再利用的必然趋势。目前我国对旧工业建筑再利用涉及的建筑类型很多,实践项目数量很大,但是对于旧工业建筑进行再利用设计时,多采用传统再利用方式,虽然在2010年上海“绿色世博”的兴起,使得绿色再利用方式给旧工业建筑带来了新的生机,但是在此之后,其他地区旧工业建筑绿色再利用实际项目却是为数不多。而大连作为东北最大的港口城市,在城市发展的新型战略部署下,对工业用地区域进行重新划分,许多闲置的旧工业建筑也面临着再利用的问题。基于上述问题,本研究针对大连地区旧工业建筑绿色再利用存在的问题,以大连旧工业建筑为研究对象,进行以下方面研究:首先,通过总结和分析国内外旧工业建筑绿色再利用的相关理论与实践案例,提取出旧工业建筑绿色再利用的成功做法。其次,对大连市旧工业建筑发展状况及实际调研情况进行梳理,分析出大连地区旧工业建筑的现状问题,提出绿色再利用方式的必要性。依据绿色建筑设计原则、大连地区的气候环境及工业建筑特征,总结出大连旧工业建筑绿色再利用五项设计原则,即气候适应性原则、环境舒适性原则、功能兼容性原则、资源节约性原则、技术适宜性原则。再次,根据大连旧工业建筑绿色再利用设计原则,提出绿色再利用的五点设计方法,包括:室外场地修复、围护结构缓冲、建筑空间重构、材料适宜选用及能源技术应用。最后,根据所总结的绿色再利用设计方法与调研现状对大连十五库创意产业园提出试设计方案。从外部环境优化、围护结构更新、建筑空间重构、材料选择利用及能源技术应用五方面进行绿色再利用设计,采用软件量化方式对第四章内容进行理论验证。本研究属于建筑与城市更新研究领域。内容涉及旧工业建筑的长期使用与可持续发展,结合国内外优秀的绿色再利用案例,根据大连地区气候环境及工业建筑特征,进行大连旧工业建筑绿色再利用设计研究。希望可以弥补国内在该方面的理论研究缺失,为大连旧工业建筑再利用提供科学的参考,并对国内旧工业建筑绿色再利用实践起到一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 With the rapid economic development and urban industrial transformation, many traditional industries are facing a recession, caused a lot of the old industrial buildings in a idle state. Facing the situation of the environmental problems and resource shortages, the demolition reconstruction way of the idle old industrial buildings is not accepted by everyone, green reuse of old industrial buildings become an inevitable trend of building reuse. Currently,reuse of old industrial buildings in China involve many building types and the quantity of practice project is very great, but the design for the reuse of old industrial building usually use the traditional ways, while in the rise of 2010 Shanghai "Green World Expo", the green reuse way bring a new vitality to the old industrial buildings, but after that, green reuse project of old industrial buildings in other areas is very few. With a new strategy of urban development,DaIian is as the northeast’s largest port city, redivided the industrial region,.to make old industrial buildings facing with reuse issues.Based on the above issues, this research aims at the problems of green reuse of old industrial buildings in Dalian; take old industrial buildings in Dalian as the research object, and focus on the following aspects:First of all, through the summary and analysis of green building and renewal theory and practical experience both at home and abroad, the author explored its successful practices in green reuse of old industrial buildings.Secondly, through the analysis on the development of the old industrial building in Dalian and the actual situation,to analyze the present situation of the old industrial buildings in Dalian,and to put forward the necessity of the green reuse method. According to the principles of green building design and the climate environment and industrial architecture characteristics in Dalian, summed up five design principles on green reuse of old industrial building in Dalian,including:adaptive climate principle, comfortable environment principle, functional compatible principle, resource conservation principle and technical suitable principle.Thirdly, according to the design principle on the green reuse of old industrial building in Dalian,to put forward five design methods of green reuse, including:outdoor field repair, retaining structure buffer, architectural space reconstruction, material suitable selection and energy technology application.Finally, based on the summary of method and the research of current situation of 15 Creative Industrial Park in Dalian, we put forward the green reuse design scheme, from five aspects of external environment optimization, update retaining structure, architectural space reconstruction, material suitable selection and energy technology application., this part is the theory verification of the content of the fourth chapter carried out by the software quantization method.This study belongs to architecture and urban renewal research field. The content involves the long-term and sustainable development of the old industrial building, combine with outstanding green reuse case both at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of climate environment and industrial buildings in Dalian, to study on the green reuse of old industrial in Dalian. we hope that through this study we can enrich the domestic related theory research, and have certain reference significance for green reuse practices.
