信科公司监造项目管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 本文论述信科公司的大型工业风机监造项目管理系统开发。该软件的目的是针对在大型风机监造项目管理中的进度、质量和成本信息管理的要求,为监造工程师和项目经理的管理决策提供较全面、及时和准确的定量信息,同时为产品提供制造阶段的技术档案信息。论文从软件分析、设计、实现和测试的角度论述了信科公司风机监造项目管理系统的软件开发。围绕该软件的开发工作,本文运用软件工程的方法和技术具体完成了以下工作。首先分析了该软件的功能需求,结合该企业在现阶段的主要业务应用和管理模式,着重论述了对工业风机产品监造进度信息、质量信息和成本基础信息的管理功能,建立了用例模型。论述了该软件的设计方案,总体采用客户/服务器架构,客户端面向通用的图形操作界面,完成监造项目管理的交互式事务处理和信息的显示,服务器端集中实现主要的系统程序。论文概要论述了软件的程序实现和测试。该系统的编程采用C#语言和.NET运行环境,客户端及服务器端平台采用Windows操作系统,数据库服务器软件采用Oracle。整体平台支持主流信息和标准,具有良好的可扩展能力。本系统目前己通过内部测试和综合性的在线试运行测试,性能己趋于稳定,同时通过试运行测试的进一步改进,已经较好地运用于信科公司的监造项目管理业务,在上述方面为监造工程师和项目经理提供了有效的管理支持,达到了预期的开发目的。

【Abstract】 This thesis presents design and implementation of Xin Ke Company’s manufacturing supervision management system which development goal is to provide the timely and accurate information for management decisions in the large scale fan manufacturing process with quantitative information and complete documentation.From the viewpoints of software analysis, design, implementation and tests, This thesis presents the development of this fan manufacturing system with focuses on the following major works around the above goals. It at first analyzes the business requirements where the functions of manufacturing progression information management, quality information management and cost information statistics with use case models. It determines the system design architecture of client/server pattern where the client side is based on the general graphical environment to implement interactive transaction processing and display. The thesis briefly discusses the software programming and test methods. This system is programmed with C# in .NET platform running on Windows operating system on client and server sides which is compactable with the main stream technical standards with good extension abilities.Currently this software has finished with its tests and comprehensive on-line probation running which performances tend to be stable. Through the improvements during the tests it has been well applied to Xin Ke company’s manufacturing supervision practice with good and effective supports to manager and engineers, reaching the expected objectives.
