基于大工计控PLC的七斜辊圆材矫直机控制系统改造

【摘要】 本文以大连钢厂七斜辊矫直机的搬迁改造为基础,从工程实施的角度论述了矫直机控制系统的设计与实现的过程。文中主要介绍了七斜辊矫直机的机械系统构成,控制系统的电气设计、软件设计,工程实施和现场调试的过程。可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是控制系统的核心,本课题选用的PLC型号为4块PEC3000和1块PEC9000,该系列PLC是基于以太网通信的分布式控制器。PLC系统设置了电控柜主站和操作台从站两个站点,通过工业以太网交换机组网实现协同控制。此控制方式大大减少从操作台到电控柜的电缆数量,节省改造成本、提高抗干扰能力、降低后期维护和检修的难度。矫直辊的驱动使用了两台西门子6RA70直流调速器,文中详细介绍了直流调速器外围电路的设计。两台直流调速器通过“装置对装置”通信功能联机,以主-从控制的方式协同工作。由主机控制转速并产生转矩限幅值,从机进行转矩跟随,实现矫直辊线速度的完全同步。通过对矫直机生产工艺和生产流程的调研,系统中增加了几个用于检测钢材位置的接近开关和对射开关,将原有的手动控制方式改造为全自动的生产流程,有效提高了设备动作的准确和连续性,提高生产效率。文章的最后结合实际工程实施过程,介绍了控制柜和操作台设计、现场施工文件的设计,并着重介绍了西门子6RA70直流调速器和富士MEG A变频器的调试过程。改造后的设备已经连续生产运行了3年,新的控制系统运行稳定、可靠,钢材矫直效果良好,满足工艺要求。相比改造前,新的控制系统使生产效率提高了约30%,得到了用户的认可,顺利通过项目验收。此控制系统的完成将会给生产企业带来巨大的经济效益。

【Abstract】 This paper based on relocation and improvement for Seven Rollers Straightening Machine in Dalian Steel Factory, discussed the design and implementation process of Straightening Machine Control System from the engineering point of view. This paper introduced the mechanical systems, electrical control system design, software design, project implementation and site commissioning of Straightening Machine.Programmable Logic Controller is the core of the Control System. The 4 PEC3000 and 1 PEC9000 was selected, which is a distributed controller based on Ethernet communication. PLC system consists of two stations were installed in the Control Cabinet and Control Desk, and the two station net via Industrial Ethernet switch achieved Cooperative Control. This control method greatly reduced the amount of cables between two station and cost savings, which improved anti-jamming capability and reduced the difficulty of maintenance and overhaul.Straightening rollers is driven by two Siemens 6RA70 Series Variable-Speed DC Driver. The paper introduced the design of Variable-Speed DC Driver peripheral circuit. Two drivers have been coupled by peer-to-peer link to work simultaneously. Straightening rollers speed has been synchronized totally by torque limit from master controlled speed followed with slaver.Several sensors for detecting the position of the steel have been added, which improved the automatic mode of production and the accuracy continuity of machine movements. As the result, the system improved the production efficiency By Straightening Machine production technology and production processes of research.Finally, with the actual implementation of the project, the Control Cabinet and Control Desk design, site construction documents design, Siemens 6RA70 Series Variable-Speed DC Driver and Fuji Electric MEGA Series inverter commissioning were detailed introduced.The new control system has been operated reliable for 3 years, and steel straightening effect was quality and precision during the operation. The system meets the technological requirements. The new control system enables improvement of production efficiency by about 30%, which made users feel satisfied. The system passed the project acceptance successfully. It expected that the completion of this control system will bring huge economic benefits.
