【摘要】 自上古时代以来,人类就用数据记录事件,后来随着社会和科技的发展,尤其是工业革命以后,数据无论是在数量还是质量上,都有了显著的提高。人类对数据也愈加重视,各行业先后确立了数据标准和使用规范。当前,互联网的形态与其最初产生时发生了巨大变化,社交平台、电子商务、移动互联等形态大大丰富了互联网的内容,拓宽了互联网的应用领域。随着互联网的不断升级和信息技术的发展,除了结构化数据,音频、视频等半结构和非结构化数据也大量产生,数据种类和规模都呈指数级速度快速增长,大数据时代已经悄然到来。大数据在给各行各业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇的同时,也带来了更加严峻的挑战,教育领域当然也不例外。高校作为知识密集,思想活跃,最易接受新鲜事物的前沿阵地,学校的工作方法、教育管理模式等必将受到大数据的深刻影响。本文采用了跨学科、跨领域的研究方法,将大数据的先进思想和理念以及大数据时代引发的思维变革与教育领域紧密融合,推进高校学生工作在新形势、新环境下的积极转型,以实现更高层次的教育目标。导论部分主要针对大数据背景下高校学生工作转型研究这一问题的提出和选题理由进行了论述,试图在借鉴国内外不同学者相关研究成果基础之上,分析目前研究取得的成绩和存在的不足,并认真梳理本文的研究思路与研究方法。论文第一章对大数据的基本概念进行了分析,这是所研究问题的时代背景和社会大环境。从大数据的产生背景、发展趋势、主要特点、主要类型与关键技术等各方面进行了充分阐释。除此之外,还详细介绍了高校学生工作作为一个整体和系统主要包括的内容,并提出了大数据背景下高校学生工作的发展目标。论文第二章聚焦了大数据背景下高校学生工作面对的挑战与机遇。论述了大数据时代高校学生工作存在的问题及成因和外界环境的剧烈变化给高校学生工作带来的冲击；分析了大数据背景下高校学生工作迎来的机遇,为高校学生工作的转型做好铺垫。论文第三章立足大数据时代高校学生工作存在的问题,借助大数据给高校学生工作带来的机遇,分析了大数据背景下高校学生工作转型的内容,即从工作模式、工作方法与数据管理三方面入手,从宏观到微观,层层递进,描绘出高校学生工作未来的发展方向。论文第四章对大数据背景下高校学生工作转型的保障进行了论述,包括队伍建设和工作环境两个方面。论文认为大数据背景下要创新学生工作队伍建设并优化学生工作环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since ancient times, human used data to record events, then with the development of society, science and technology, especially after the industrial revolution, the recording data has improved significantly in both of quantity and quality. Human pay more and more attention on the data, and have established the data standards and specifications. At present, the form of the Internet has great changes, taking place in social platform, e-commerce, mobile interconnection form, which enriches the content of the Internet, broadening the application fields of the Internet. With the upgrading continuously of the Internet and the development of information technology, in addition to structured data, semi-structured and unstructured data, such as audio, video, have produced in great numbers, type and size of data has grew with exponentially rapid speed. Big data era has quietly come. Big data has brought the unprecedented opportunity in all walks of life development,at the same time, also has brought the more serious challenges, education field, of course, is no exception. University is most easy to accept new things as a new frontier with Intensive knowledge and ideas of the active, its work methods, education management mode will be profoundly affected by big data. The paper adopted the research methods of interdisciplinary and cross fields, combines the advanced ideas and concept as well as the change of thinking and education fields, to promote university students work shifting under the new situation, new environment of positive change to achieve a higher level of education.In the introduction part, the paper discusses the reasons for the research of university Students’ work transition under the background of big data, trying to analyze the achievements and shortcomings on the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign scholars’ related research results.Chapter 1 is to analyze the concept and basic connotation of big data in University Students’ Work, this is the background of the study and the social environment. The background, development trend, main characteristics, main types and key technologies of the big data are fully explained. In addition, the paper introduces University Students’ Work as a whole and the main contents of the system, proposes the development goals as well.Chapter 2 focuses on the challenges and opportunities of University Students’ Works under the background of big data. The paper discusses the problems & reasons of University Students’Work under the background of big data, and the impact of the violent changes in the external environment of University Students’ Work; the opportunities of University Students’ Work under the background of big data are analyzed. It paves the way for the transformation of University Students’ Work.Chapter 3 is based on the problems existing in the era of university students’ work under the background of big data, with the aid of the opportunities brought by the big data to the university students’ work, to analyze the contents of concept and mode shift of University Students’ Work Under the Background of Big Data from three aspects which are working mode, working methods and data management, These guides the development direction of University Students’ Work in the future from macro to micro and layer upon layer.Chapter 4 focuses on Support of transition of university students’ work under the background of big data, including team building, and work environment.
