寒冷地区大型商业建筑空间与能耗和环境舒适度调查研究

【摘要】 近年来,采光中庭及室内商业街等新型设计元素已在大型商业建筑中得到广泛应用。随着新建商业建筑规模越来越大,标准越来越高,其能耗问题也日渐突出,但相关的节能研究却仍处于起步阶段。如何实现功能、形式、节能等方面设计因素的兼顾,是需要建筑师深刻思考的问题。论文以天津地区为例,针对寒冷地区大型商业建筑的能耗及环境舒适度现状,从建筑空间设计角度进行相关节能潜力研究。通过对天津C购物中心、Y购物中心等6座大型商业建筑进行冬季、过渡季、夏季的物理环境测试,分析得出影响商业建筑能耗及环境舒适度的设计要素,包括总平面布局、建筑体型、围护结构、中庭尺度、功能分区等。冬夏两季的极端气候是影响寒冷地区大型商业建筑能耗的主要因素,且空调和照明能耗在寒冷地区商业建筑全年总能耗中占比最大。因此,寒冷地区商业建筑的节能重点是冬季保温以及夏季的遮阳隔热,并应尽量增加自然采光以减少人工照明的使用。论文进而利用airpak和designbuilder软件,从中庭空间形态、中庭采光设计、建筑功能分区三个方面进行能耗模拟研究。验证通过控制各中庭的大小及相互间的位置关系来控制室内热环境;中庭采光设计可通过材料透光及热工性能、遮阳设计、造型设计等,在保证室内光环境舒适的同时节约照明能耗;提出应综合考虑各类功能空间采光、温度的不同需求,通过功能的合理分区和交通流线的恰当组织有效避免人流的区域性集聚,优化室内总体温度分布。商业建筑节能应综合考虑其空间的尺度把握、形式设计、功能组织等设计要素,尽量与采光、通风、遮阳、采暖、制冷等技术策略相协调,并有效贯彻到从建筑策划、设计到运营管理的各个阶段。

【Abstract】 In recent years, new design elements like lighting atrium and indoor business street have been widely used in large commercial buildings. While new commercial building scape becomes larger and larger, more and more high quality, its high energy consumption problem becomes more prominent, but the energy-saving related research is still in its early stage. How to achieve the balance of form, function and energy, is a question that architects need to think about.This paper takes Tianjin for example, in connection with the status of energy consumption and comfort of large commercial buildings in cold areas, handles energy-saving policy related research from the perspective of architectural design. Through the environmental test for six large commercial buildings in summer, winter and transition season, we reached conclusion that factors affecting the energy consumption and comfort of commercial building include overall layout, building size, function zoning, building envelope, atrium scale, etc.The climate under extreme winter and summer conditions has major influence on architectural energy-saving design in cold area, and the largest proportion of total energy consumption in Tianjin commercial buildings are air conditioning and lighting. Therefore, the key to energy efficiency of commercial buildings in cold regions is windproof and heat preservation in winter, sun and heat insulation in summer, and minimization of the use of artificial lighting.In this paper, using airpak and designbuilder simulation software, handles energy related research from the perspective of the atrium space form, atrium lighting design and construction feature, validating controlling indoor thermal environment through controlling atrium size and positional relationship; Atrium lighting design should consider the material properties of light transmission and thermal property, shading design, artificial design and etc., and saving lighting energy consumption while ensuring the indoor lighting environment; Presents it should be considered in light of various types of function space, the temperature of the different needs, through reasonable zoning and traffic flow line function effectively prevent proper organization of regional gathering crowd, optimizing overall indoor temperature distribution.The commercial building energy efficiency design should consider its space design elements such as scale grasping, form design, functional organization and so on, and coordinate with technical strategies like ventilation, lighting, shading, heating and cooling, etc. It should be implemented in all periods from architectural design to operation management.
