居民区积雪快速清扫关键技术的研究

【摘要】 我国北方冬季降雪频繁,如果不能及时清除道路积雪,将严重影响交通。尤其在居民区内,由于道路较窄,大型清雪车辆不能作业,只能由人工清扫,工作量很大。因此,研发一种小型扫雪车,对于完成居民区道路冰雪的清除,具有很重要的实用价值。本文提出了一种小型扫雪车的设计方案,并进行了理论分析和具体机械结构设计,合理确定了扫雪车的技术参数。本文设计的扫雪车工作时行进速度约为4 km/h,破冰深度10 mm,扫雪深度200 mm,扫雪宽度600 mm。包括破冰部分、扫雪部分、行走部分和动力部分。其中的破冰部分设计在车的前端,通过破冰圆盘的下落将路面结冰砸碎。扫雪装置设计成了可调形式,以适应不同宽度路面及积雪深度。还对主要零部件进行了系统的设计,包括:链传动的设计,V带传动的设计,发动机连接轴、破冰圆盘的设计,以及发动机的选择等。最后,用SolidWorks完成整个扫雪车的三维模型图,进行了动画模拟仿真,检查了小车装配的干涉问题,验证了工作过程的可行性;并运用SolidWorks simulation模块,对破冰圆盘、扫雪刷轴和发动机连接轴分别进行了静力学分析,结果显示零件的强度、刚度满足要求。本文提出的小型扫雪车清扫效率高,操控性好,价格低廉,适用于居民区等各种小型路面的清雪工作。
【Abstract】 In winter snowfall is frequently in North China.If the snow on road can not be cleared in time,it would affect the traffic seriously.Especially in the residential area,because the road is narrow,cleaning snow can not use the large-scale snow cleaning vehicle,only by hand.It results heavy workload.So the development of a small-scale snowplow has an important practical value to clean the snow on the residential area road.In this paper,the design scheme of a small-scale snowplow was presented.The theoretical analysis and the mechanical structure design were carried out.And the technical parameters of the snowplow were determined reasonably.The traveling speed of the snowplow while working is about 4 km/h.It is able to break ice depth to 10 mm,to clean snow depth to 200 mm,and to clean snow width to 600 mm.It includes mainly the ice breaking part,the snow cleaning part,the walking part and the power part.The ice breaking part is designed at the front end of the vehicle,which smashes the ice on the road by the ice breaking disc falling.The snow cleaning part is designed with adjustable structure,in order to fit to the different width and snow depth of road.The design of the main parts were also carried out,including chain drive,V-belt drive,engine connecting shaft,ice breaking disc,and selection of engine,etc.Finally,the 3D model of the whole snowplow was completed with SolidWorks.And the animation simulation was carried out to check the interference problem of assembly,and to verify the feasibility of the working process.And using the Solidworks simulation modules,the static analysis of ice-breaking disc,snow brush shaft and engine connecting shaft were carried out.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the parts meet the requirements.The small-scale snowplow has the advantages of high efficiency to clean snow,good operation character and low cost.It is suitable for the snow cleaning work on a variety of small road,such as residential area road.
