生命安全教育融入游泳教学研究

【摘要】 近几年来青少年溺水伤亡事故屡有发生,我国每年就有约5.5万名青少年意外死亡,其中约四分之一的人因为溺水事故而死亡。每当看到一个个鲜活的生命就这样消逝,不禁让人痛心疾首。造成青少年溺水死亡事故的原因是多种多样的,其中教育是重要的原因之一,而在教育中,生命安全教育课程的缺乏是其重中之重。目前,很多青少年不具有完善的生命安全意识、自救和救援知识、应对溺水伤害时所具备的的身体素质和心理素质,以及及时有效地应对措施。所以,针对青少年学生开设的与游泳和溺水相关的生命安全知识与技能教育课程就显得十分必要。游泳不仅仅是一个运动项目,它更是人类社会长期生产、生活实践中积淀下来的与“水”进行博弈的保证人类自身生命安全的一项实践活动。将具有生命安全教育意义的溺水救助技能内容融入到游泳教学中,对学生进行生命安全知识和溺水自救、救助技能训练,是确保学生不受或少受侵害的有效途径,把生命安全教育内容结合到游泳救护课程中,就要对游泳课程进行必要的调整,让游泳教学发挥出应有的生命安全教育功能,从而为学生的生命安全保驾护航,这也是游泳的题中应有之义。本文研究运用文献资料法、案例分析法、图示法、实践操作法等研究方法,并且以教育学、体育学、心理学等学科作为研究的理论基础,对生命安全教育融入游泳教学过程中的内容、方法等问题进行了理论探讨。探研的内容分为三个主要部分:第一部分主要探讨了游泳教学过程中融入生命安全教育的必要性问题,在现实的溺水伤亡事故中,不会游泳者的伤亡率比会游泳者的要高得多,这是个不争的事实。所以,学会游泳是减少溺水伤亡事故的前提条件。但是,仅仅学会了游泳是远远不够的,具备溺水自救和救助知识和技能,才能有效保证青少年的生命安全。第二部分主要分析了溺水和游泳安全隐患的主要原因。通过分析发现:因不会游泳或刚学会游泳者因技术不纯熟而导致事故;因患有不宜下水游泳的疾病或饥饿、过饱、过热、过冷等情况而下水游泳所导致的伤亡事故;因对游泳环境不了解而导致伤亡事故;因缺乏自救和救助常识和技能而导致的伤亡事故;因心理素质差而导致的伤亡事故等。一言以蔽之,教育的缺失是其根本性的原因。第三部分主要探研了解除溺水安全隐患的具体措施。在游泳教学过程中,除了教授学生的基本技能之外,还要教授学生在水中自救和救助他人的基础知识和基本技能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the accident of drowning teenagers happened more often than not, in China, almost 55 thousands teenagers die of drowning. Whenever heard such news, i feel distressed.The causes due to teenagers drowning are variety, among this,education stated the most important issue, which means, education haven’t focus on life security lessons.At present,many teenagers didn’t have all-sides awareness in self security,self-rescue,psychology quality and physical quality etc. Therefore, establish a lesson for teenagers involved in teaching life security knowledge and skill is very important.Swimming is not only a sport, but also a skill to rescue ourselves under the water. To ensure students avoid drowning, teaching life rescue skill in swimming lesson is essential.In the other word, swimming lessons should be adjusted.In this thesis, many research methods had been used,such as case study,documentary,graphic and practice. Based on pedagogy、science of physical sports and psychology. Methods and detail contend involved in connect life security education with swimming teaching will be given in three main parts:Firstly, the significance of teaching life security in swimming lesson will be discussed. According to nowadays’ drowning accident, death rate is higher in beginner swimmer compared with advanced swimmer. Which means learning how to swim is the precondition to reduce drowning accident. However, learning how to swim is not enough, grasping self-rescue knowledge and skill can guarantee the safe of teenagers.Secondly,by analyzing the main cause of drowning and potential safety hazard, it shows many reasons can contribute drowning issues.For example:lacking of swimming skill could cause drowning; over-hunger,overeat,over-hot or over-cold could also cause drowning; Lacking of awareness in self-rescue skill and knowledge would arouse drowning accident. Being unfamiliar with the environment of swimming place would give rise to drowning accident.Suffering from especially disease which is not suitable to swim could also arouse drowning accident.In conclusion, defective education is the essential reason.Thirdly, physical measures will be sated to solving drowning problems.During swimming teaching,self-rescue and rescue others should be taught as important as swimming skill.更多还原
