【摘要】 现代军事后勤管理已经发展到以人为中心、任务跟踪为主要方向的综合管理体系,然而在我国还没有根据该理论研制的人员管理系统。本文分析现代军事后勤管理中人员管理的重要性,通过对国内外人员管理系统的分析和比较,阐明了设计武警部队人员管理系统的必要性,获得适应武警部队人员管理的系统框架,设计并实现了武警部队人员管理系统。本文首先针对武警部队人员管理系统的业务需求分析完成本系统所需要的基本功能和外部接口,明确武警部队管理系统设计的整体业务范围,通过业务细分的方式规划了整个管理系统中的子系统,分为任务分发体系,任务执行体系和任务评价体系三个主要子系统,并对三个子系统的业务构成进行了详细论述。在需求分析的基础上通过系统总体设计明确功能划分,其中包括系统运行环境、开发环境、主要功能模块设计、数据字典、数据库ER图设计。本系统的开发采用B/S软件框架体系。为了维持数据的持久性,采用基于Web的全自动三层框架结构,即在传统三层结构的逻辑层和数据实体层之间使用数据访问层隔离程序和数据实体之间的关联,这样有利于增强系统的鲁棒性和移植性。武警部队人员管理系统的开发使用微软公司的.Net Frameworks4.0程序设计框架,在服务器端运用C#程序设计语言,客户端采用Html和JQuery,使用SQL SERVER2012做数据存储,完成了部队人员管理、资源管理以及任务管理等主要功能模块,并对实现过程中的关键技术问题进行了详细描述。本系统设计开发完成后,弥补了武警部队在后勤管理方面针对人员和任务在事后评价上的不足,改进了后勤管理中人员管理的方式,即以任务为驱动,以人为本的管理模式,完善了武警部队后勤现代化管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of logistic has been evolved a synthetically system which personnel management is the most important of whole system and the task tracing is the highest priority recently. There isn’t any personnel management system based on this point in China. The importance of the personal management in modern military logistic management is analyzed in this thesis. It is necessary to design personnel management system for the police force by comparing personnel management between the native and the foreign. Based on these analyses, the structure of personnel management system for the police force has been designed and the personnel management system for the police has been implemented.At first, personnel management system for the police force requirement document has been build and the base function and public interface have been determined. Base on the requirement document, the business range and the border of the system are definite. There are three subsystems in personnel management system for the police force. The first is distribution of the task, the second is execution of the task and the third is evaluation of the task. The functions have been confirmed by requirement document, which include the system environment for runtime, the environment for development, the main function modules, the data dictionary and ER diagram for database. Personnel management system for the police force is a Web application system based on B/S framework. The system is based on automatic three layers structure. There is a data access layer between the logic layer and data entity layer, which is different from the traditional three layers structure. The robustness and the removable can be enhanced.Personnel management system for the police force is developed with Microsoft.Net Frameworks 4.0, the server side language is C# and the client side is JQuery, the database is SQL SERVER 2012. The main function modules including the management of force human resource, resource management and task management have been completed. The key technologies in the implement process are discussed in the thesis.The completion of the system is an assistance on the military logistic. It will enhance the human resource management in logistic. In the other words, it is a new management strategy which is drove by the military task and it is based on the personal character.更多还原
