【摘要】 小学生是一个锻炼身体的黄金时间,游泳是一种对身体健康十分有益的体育活动,还是一项重要的生存技能。一些经济发达国家如德国,美国,日本,澳大利亚等,都高度重视和加强小学生游泳生存技能的教育,并纳入小学生必修课。郑州虽位于中国中部地区,大陆性季风气候,四季分明,冷暖适中,年平均气候14.6℃,夏季平均27.5℃,但却有很多野生湖、河等无看人看管,再加上室内游泳场馆人多拥挤,适合游泳的季节较长。近年来郑州市小学生中的溺水人数占小学生意外死亡人数的77%,12岁以下少年儿童死亡的主要原因均由于溺水。这些事故大多发生在放学路上,发生在没有家长保护和学校老师管理的时间,在各类死亡事件中,绝大部分属于溺水身亡。较高的溺水事故率,使人们认识到小学生掌握游泳生存技能的必要性,当务之急就是让小学生学会水中自救与互救。本文对小学生游泳培训中生存教育情况进行调查,分析郑州小学生开展游泳活动存在的问题,从生存教育的视角提出促进郑州市小学生游泳生存教育活动开展的对策建议,以期为郑州市教育行政部门的决策提供科学的依据,为小学生游泳生存教育的发展提供有益的参考。主要结论如下:一、学生和家长游泳生存教育意识淡薄,家长给孩子报游泳培训只是为了让孩子锻炼身体,或者度过暑假等一些外在原因,没有从根本上认识游泳生存教育,游泳生存教育宣传力度亟待于提高。二、社会游泳培训教练员综合能力差,不仅有无证上岗的情况,也有持单证教学的情况,最为严重的是水中自救与互救能力的缺失。这样会导致学员即使学会了游泳,在水中遇到危险情况,也不能正确处理。三、社会游泳培训机构忽视教学质量,没有统一教学内容和手段,更缺乏生存意识、知识、内容的教育。缺乏可持续发展性。郑州市小学生游泳生存技能教育发展对策:一、树立正确生存教育观。提高社会游泳培训生存知识、意识、内容的教育。二、提高社会游泳培训教练员综合能力。三、国家应尽快完善小学生游泳生存教育政策。四、加强小学生游泳生存意识的宣传,促使家长对游泳生存教育的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pupil is a prime time exercise, swimming is a very beneficial to health of physical activity, or an important survival skills. Some economically developed countries such as Germany, the United States, Japan, Australia, etc., are all attach great importance to and strengthen the elementary swimming skills education, and pupils into required courses.Zhengzhou is located in central China, continental monsoon climate, clear four seasons and moderate changes in temperature, 14.6 ℃, annual average climate, summer average of 27.5 ℃, but there are a lot of wild lake, river, etc to watch, plus indoor swimming pool people more crowded, suitable for swimming season is longer than the other.
