增程式电动车辅助发电单元开发与研究

【摘要】 近年来,新能源汽车发展迅猛,在提高汽车能源多样性方面,其与传统汽车相比更加具有优势,且在行驶过程中能够有效减少污染物排放。但是由于现有电池技术的不足,其并不能完全取代传统汽车。而增程式电动车同时搭载了动力电池和发动机,其中辅助发电单元能够有效延长续航里程,降低了电动车对电池容量的要求,且有利于改善能源结构,而备受关注。本课题中的增程器是在化油器发动机基础上进行改造设计的。去除原发动机变速器,安装永磁同步发电机,并在节气门位置安装驱动机构。辅助发电单元控制模块包括硬件设计、底层软件算法和应用层软件策略。硬件设计主要包括MC9S08DZ60最小系统、主电源电路和各种信号处理等硬件电路;底层软件算法主要包括模拟信号采集、CAN通讯驱动和步进电机PID控制等方面;应用层逻辑控制策略包括增程器启停控制、充电策略等内容。同时开发上位机标定软件具有PID参数标定,参数显示和存储等功能。在台架上对控制系统功能进行验证。实验表明,通过PID参数整定,发动机转速的动态响应性高,能够满足系统要求;动态调节目标电流与电压值,可实现不同充电策略;由于辅助发电单元运行工况点固定,可使增程发动机具有良好经济性。

【Abstract】 The continuous increasing of car ownership nowadays is putting enormous strains on the environment. Electric vehicle (EV) is generally believed as an effective access to ease this contradiction. But due to the present battery technology, mass usage of EV is not ready yet. This result in extended-range electric vehicle (E-REV) being paid much attention to. An E-REV contains an auxiliary generation unit called range extender which can charge the battery when needed, meaning that the requirement for the battery capacity can be greatly reduced. Meanwhile, E-REV will help adjust the energy structure.The range extender in this paper is modified from a carburetor engine with its gearbox being replaced by a generator.In addition, a stepper motor is used to control the throttle, so that the engine can not only achieve complex mode switching between quick charge, constant-voltage charge and trickle charge, but also provide an efficient and steady operation afterwards.Hardware design mainly includes the MC9S08DZ60 minimum system, main power circuit and signal processing circuit; the underlying algorithm mainly includes analog signal acquisition, can communication driven and step into motor PID control; top-level algorithm includes start stop control of range extender, charging strategy. And developed a software with PID parameter calibration, parameter display and storage.Finally, verify the function of the control system on the platform. Experiment shows that the engine revolution speed has a good dynamic response and can meet the requirements; dynamically adjust the target current and voltage to achieve three different charging modes; extended range engine operating point is fixed, make it has a good economy.
