【摘要】 荣成市供电公司在近年来也不断的发展,涉及法律文书众多,法律文书的审核采用纸质审批管理,法律文书的保存也采用纸质化保存,这样各层级审核、统计、查找不规范,效率低。荣成市供电公司对法律文书的规范化管理决定开发该系统。本系统的设计模式是B/S架构,所以会包括系统的前台设计和后台设计两个部分,并且还采用MVC开发模式,将系统划分为了表现层、控制层和业务层三层结构模式。在每层架构中都会有相应的技术进行设计,在View层中是通过JSP、HTML和JavaScript等技术进行设计的。通过对页面的设计可以在JSP中对页面的跳转以及一些事件的处理进行设计,在Controller层中主要是一些控制器的设计,在本层中使用到Struts和Spring的一些技术框架,最后在Model层中是对一些业务的处理,其中包括一些Action的处理,在数据库方面则是用到了Hibernate技术,通过Hibernate可以实现系统与数据库之间的数据交换,在数据库的设计上是采用的SQLServer2014数据库。对于本系统的功能架构设计部分则是分为五个功能模块用户管理、委托书管理、案件管理、合同管理和规章制度管理。每个模块分别负责执行各自的功能部分,在用户管理中是对用户、角色和权限进行的管理,委托书管理中主要包括申请委托书、委托书审批以及制作委托书等几个部分,案件管理则是对出现的一些案件进行上报以及审核处理的过程,合同管理是对待签订合同进行审核,使之生效的管理,规章制度管理则是对法律文书进行规范化管理的依据。本系统的开发能够为荣成市供电公司供电公司法律文书规范化管理系统提供一个标杆作用,并能够为其他系统进行引导,能够使得供电公司得到快速的发展,并且避免发生法律文书不规范造成案件纠纷的情况,能够为荣成市供电公司的未来发展提供一些意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rongcheng Power Supply Company constantly develops in recent years, which involves increasing numbers of legal documents. The company uses paper to save legal documents, to audit, to search and to examine at all levels. This method is not universal and has a low efficiency. To standardize the authorized document management, Rongcheng Power Supply Company decides to develop the system.The design pattern of this system is B/S, so system design will consist of two parts:the front design and the background design. We also used the MVC development mode, which partitions system for the presentation layer, control layer and business layer. Each layer has corresponding technology. We design the View layer using JSP, HTML and JavaScript and other technology. By designing the page, we can define jump which is between the pages and some events in the JSP. In the Controller layer, we mainly design the Controller, using the Struts and Spring. Finally the Model layer defines some processing businesses, including the some actions. Hibernate techniques are utilized to design the database, which realizes data exchange between the system and the database. We use SQL Server 2014 to design database there.The functional architecture design of the system is split into user management, order management, case management, contract management and rule management. Each module is in charge of performing their respective functions. User management includes user management, roles and permissions management. The order management mainly includes the commission application, commission examination and approval as well as commission making. Case management consists of cases report and cases audit. And contract management is utilized to sign and manage contracts effectively. Rule management implements standardized management of legal documents.The development of the system can provide Rongcheng Power Supply Company with a surveyor’s pole for standardizing legal documents management system, and can offer guidance to other systems. It could accelerate the development of electric power supply companies, and avoid disputing cases. Besides, it could provide Rongcheng Company’s future development with some useful advices.更多还原
