【摘要】 旅游业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,成为地方发展的一项重要经济内容。作为贵州省的政治经济文化中心,贵阳市享有“避暑之都”的称号,花溪区衔接了贵阳市老城区、贵安新区、观山湖区,区位条件重要,成为贵阳市文化旅游创新区示范区。论文采用文献资料法、实地观察法、典型调查研究法收集了大量的有关贵阳市花溪文化旅游创新区的资料,并以定性分析方法为主,研究了贵阳市花溪文化旅游创新区的文化旅游开发现状,分析了文化旅游创新区建设的优势和劣势;结合时代发展背景,提出花溪文化旅游创新区的建设思路、实施路径和建设对策。论文的研究对于以地域民族文化为核心吸引力的贵阳市“花溪文化旅游创新区”的旅游开发、对贵阳市“花溪文化旅游创新”的整体推进及我国多民族欠发达地区的旅游开发来说,具有一定的现实指导意义。论文由五部分组成,第一部分主要交代了选题依据,分析了国内外文化旅游和旅游创新相关文献,阐述了本文的研究思路,对文化旅游创新涉及的理论体系进行了梳理。第二部分,分析了花溪区旅游产业发展现状及旅游产业面临的困难和问题。第三部分,介绍了花溪区文化旅游业现状,对花溪文化旅游创新区建设的优势和劣势进行分析。第四部分,从“四化”发展理念和“六个一”发展思路上提出花溪文化旅游创新区建设的策略。第五部分,提出推进花溪文化旅游创新区建设的实施路径和建设对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tourism become an important industry to develop local economy as the modern service industry. Guiyang City is the capital of Guizhou Province, is the center of politics and economy and culture for Guizhou. Because its comfortable climate:it is cool in summer, but it is warm in winder, people say Guiyang city is the "resort of summer". Huaxi District lies in the crossing of the Guiyang’s old urban district, Guanshan Lake District,and the Guian District. The Guiyang’s municipal government designed the Huxi district for the cultural tourism innovation area because its crucial location.The author collected the data of cultural tourism by the literature data method, field observation method, typical survey method, then analyzed the data by the qualitative analysis method. The author analyzed the status of the exploitation of Huaxi’s cultural tourism, the advantages and disadvantages of Huaxi’s resources; putting forward new ideas and modes and strategies based on its surroundings for development of the cultural tourism in Huaxi district. The strategies of this thesis may lead Huaxi’s government to develop Huaxi’s tourism innovation depending local culture, may promote Guiyang’s government to dig Guiyang’s tourism, and may accelerate the governments of the poverty areas to exploit tourism.This paper divides five parts:the topic basis,the domestic and foreign literature data,and the approach of this paper can be found in the first part;the author combed the theories what was used in the research of cultural tourism. The second part: the author analyzed the status and the difficulty in the cultural tourism innovation for Huaxi district. The third part: the author introduced the status and the advantages and disadvantages for the cultural tourism innovation in Huaxi district. The fourth part,the author put forward the strategies for the Huaxi’s cultural tourism innovation based on ‘four modernizations’ and ‘ six developing ideas’.
