【摘要】 北辰区作为天津中心城区的北大门,处于天津面向区域发展、城乡统筹发展的前沿,随着京津冀区域经济一体化的协同发展趋势,北辰区的门户地位、枢纽地区优势日益明显,逐渐成为京津冀地区经济互动发展的重要协作区。高水平实施京津城际地区综合提升工程是打造“美丽天津”、谱写新时期社会主义现代化“双城记”重要要求的具体体现,是打造美丽天津北大门、借助首都资源促发展的重要举措。论文主要研究了在京津城际铁路天津市北辰地区综合提升工程为契机的背景下北辰地区的发展战略措施。首先,论文在对城际铁路建设与区域经济发展的相关理论进行阐述的基础上,重点分析了基于京津城际铁路的北辰区发展现状和在综合提升中所面临的问题,以及京津城际铁路对北辰区经济发展的影响;然后,通过对比国内外城际铁路周边建设与区域经济发展的实践经验得到一些相关启示;最后,本文结合北辰区发展现状,探索基于京津城际铁路的北辰区发展战略,阐明了以建设天津北部经济中心为目标,将京津城际北辰沿线建设成为“美丽天津示范区、北部中心活力区、绿色产业创新区”,以及“重点打造环内环外两个地区”的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the north gate of the center of Tianjin, Beichen district is at the forefront of facing regional development and urban-rural development as a whole. With the coordinated development trend of regional economy integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the portal status and the hub advantage of Beichen district is increasingly apparent, and Beichen district is gradually becoming the important economic cooperation development zone of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The implementation with high levels of comprehensive promotion project to the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway area is the important requirement to build the "beautiful Tianjin” and "a tale of two cities" of socialist modernization in the new period embodies, and is the important measure to build the north door of beautiful Tianjin and promote its development by using the capital resources. The paper mainly studied the development strategic measures of the Beichen district under the background of Beichen district comprehensive promotion project depending on the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway. Firstly, on the basis of elaborating the related theories of the intercity railway construction and the regional economic development, the paper mainly analyzed the present situation and problems of Beichen district based on the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway, and the influences of Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway to the economic development of Beichen district; Then, by comparing the domestic and foreign experiences of intercity railway construction and regional economic development to get some related enlightenments; Finally, combining with the real situation of Beichen district, the paper explored the development strategies of Beichen district, and illustrated aiming at constructing Tianjin to be northern economic center, the specific measures to construct the Beichen district into a "the demonstration area of beautiful Tianjin, the activity area of north center, the innovation area of green industry", and " building two key regions of outside the ring and inner the ring".更多还原
