污泥干化监控系统开发与研究

【摘要】 随着我国科学技术的发展,污泥处理将呈现智能化、环保化、能源化的趋势。污泥干化是实现污泥环保化和能源化的重要方法,这种方法将污泥变废为宝,符合我国节能环保的理念。研究与开发功能完备、性能可靠的污泥干化自动控制系统是污泥干化技术的发展方向,具有实际研究价值。针对污泥干化的工艺及控制要求,设计研发了由监控计算机、两门子PLC构成的DCS监控系统。3个PLC200分控站通过PROFIBUS-DP将信号传送至PLC300主控站,主控站通过以太网通信技术将信号传送至上位机,实现了操作人员通过计算机对整个系统的监控操作。为达到污泥干化的控制要求,本系统对污泥存储仓、成型机、传送带、风扇组、污泥回收仓、热水锅炉、冷凝塔等主要设备进行了控制。控制方案主要为单闭环控制、前馈控制、双闭环控制等,控制算法采用了工业中常用的PID算法。系统的硬件设计主要内容包括:PLC硬件系统选型和网络通信系统的构建;现场仪表的选型等。绘制了污泥干化系统的电气原理图、电气布置安装图、电气安装接线端子图等。系统的软件设计采用西门子的STEP7 V5.2和STEP7 V4.0完成。应用STEP7 V5.2完成了系统的硬件组态、软件组态和系统主站编程工作。应用STEP7 V40完成了系统热水锅炉、冷能塔、污泥存储仓3个从站的编程工作。系统监控画面由亚控公司的组态王软件KingView6.55完成。完成内容包括系统模拟流程画面、单体设备画面、操作画面、报警画面、报警事件查询画面、数据查询面面、报表系统设计以及用户安全管理等人机接口界而的组态。在完成系统的硬件设计和软件设计后,进行了系统的调试工作。系统调试主要分为系统上电检测、系统单点设备检测、软件调试、系统联调运行,投入运行等。整套系统的构建达到了污泥干化的目的,保证了系统的正常安全运行。系统操作简便,管理水平明显提高。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology in China, the sludge treatment will appear intelligent, environmental protection, energy trend.Sludge drying is an important approach to achieve sludge environmental protection and energy, this method will turn sludge to treasure, in line with energy saving and environmental protection of China’s philosophy. The automatic control system is the development direction of sludge drying, which has practical research value.For the sludge drying process and control requirements, the DCS monitoring system consists of monitoring computer and Siemens PLC.Three PLC200 sub control station transmit a signal to the PLC300 master station by PROFIBUS-DP, main station transmits a signal to the host computer through the Ethernet communication technology, realizes the operators to monitor the whole system through the computer.In order to achieve the control requirements of the sludge drying system, the sludge storage bin, forming machine, conveyor belt, the fan group, sludge recycling bin, hot water boiler, condensate tower and other major equipment are controlled.The main control scheme are single loop control, feed forward control, double loop control.The main contents of the hardware design of the system includes:the PLC hardware system’s selection and constructing the network of communication system; field instrument selection, etc.. Draw the electrical diagram, electrical installation layout, electrical installation and wiring terminal map of the sludge drying system.The software of the system is designed by Siemens STEP7 V5.2 and STEP7 V4.0. Use STEP7 V5.2 to complete the system hardware configuration, software configuration and the programming work of master station system.System monitoring picture is finished by software KingView6.55 made by Ya’kong company. The contents include:system simulation process frame, the single equipment frame, operation screen, alarm screen, alarm screen event query, data query, report screen system design and user security management man-machine interface configuration.After finished the design of hardware and software,system debug is the next work. System debugging is mainly divided into electrical detection, single point detection, software debugging, system debugging, putting into operation etc.The construction of the whole system achieves the purpose of the sludge drying. The system has the advantages of simple operation, improved the management level.
