【摘要】 黑龙江省素有“大豆之乡”的美誉,因种植面积最大、总产最多,曾在全国占有举足轻重的地位,是我国最重要的大豆商品基地。黑龙江省大豆产量约为675万吨,占全国总产量(1600万吨左右)的2/5还要多,其中,商品豆400多万吨,约占总产量的70%。大豆产业也曾是黑龙江省的一个优势产业。但随着经济的不断发展,市场竞争力越来越激烈,各行业都进入了发展的瓶颈期,大豆加工产业也陷入了举步维艰的境地。为保证竞争优势,战略联盟这种合作形式脱颖而出,成为企业获取竞争优势,提高创新速度的重要手段。黑龙江省作为全国大豆的主产地,为缓解大豆加工产业的压力,也寻找到这种新的合作模式,成立了黑龙江省大豆加工产业战略联盟。大豆产业战略联盟的成功运行充分发挥了联盟成员各自的优势,为其带来远大于自身独立运营所创造的价值,利益共享,风险共担。然而,联盟成立时间不长,处于起步阶段,受多种因素影响,联盟的发展并不稳定。所以,找出影响联盟稳定发展的因素并针对其提出解决对策是当务之急。为此,本文对黑龙江省大豆加工产业战略联盟的稳定性进行研究,旨在找出影响联盟稳定性的因素,确保联盟稳定可持续发展。本文查阅国内外相关文献,并且实地走访黑龙江省大豆加工产业战略联盟,分析联盟现状,找出联盟存在缺乏资金支持、联盟类型单一、管理机制不完善、联盟内部文化杂乱、利益分配不均、内部成员缺乏向心力等问题。以这些问题为切入点,发放调查问卷,总结出影响大豆联盟稳定发展的因素主要分为两大部分,一是外部环境因素,二是联盟内部因素。外部环境因素包括政治因素、经济因素和市场因素。联盟内部因素包括专用性资产投入、成员匹配性、信息沟通及共享程度、组织文化、利益分配机制、内部管理水平、资源依赖程度。本文运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法、专家打分法等分析影响因素得出:联盟内部因素相较于外部环境因素更能影响大豆联盟的稳定发展。其中,市场因素、利益分配机制、信息沟通及共享程度、成员匹配性这几个因素权重较大,影响联盟稳定性的程度较高。根据得出的结果,总结提出可以通过建立联盟伙伴选择机制、明确联盟的类型、加强联盟成员的文化融合、完善联盟内部协议、建立联盟内部成员信任机制、创建有效便捷的沟通机制的方式提高黑龙江省大豆加工产业战略联盟的稳定性,以保证联盟的健康发展。同时,也为其他联盟的健康发展奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heilongjiang province known as "the hometown of soybean", having had a pivotal position due to the largest planting area and the most production, is the most important soybean commodity base in our country.Soybean production in Heilongjiang province each year is about 6.75 million tons, more than two fifths of the total national output which is about 16 million tons. More than 70 percent of them about 4 million tons are used to sell.Soybean industry has also been an advantage industry in Heilongjiang province.But with the continuous development of economy and market competition is getting more and more fierce, various industries have entered the development bottleneck, so does the soybean processing industry.In order to ensure the competitive advantage, a cooperation form named strategic alliance came out as an important means to obtain competitive advantage and increase the speed of innovation.As the nation’s soybean producers, Heilongjiang province also found this new cooperation mode, establishing the soybean processing industry strategic alliance in Heilongjiang province to alleviate the pressure of the soybean processing industry.Soybean industry strategic alliance success give full play to their advantages, the league members bring the created value is greater than its own independent operation, benefit-sharing,risk-sharing.Alliance founded time is not long, however, in the initial stage, affected by many factors, the development of the alliance is not stable.So, find out the factors affecting the development of alliance stability and put forward countermeasures against it is the top priority.Therefore, in this paper, the soybean processing industry in Heilongjiang province through the research of the stability of strategic alliance aims to find out the factors affecting the stability of alliance, to ensure that the alliance stability and sustainable development.This article review of related literature at home and abroad, and strategic alliance in Heilongjiang province soybean processing industry, analyze the present situation of the league to find a lack of financial support, the league type single internal culture mixed and disorderly,imperfect management mechanism, the alliance, the members of the uneven distribution of interests, lack of centripetal force.Based on these questions, questionnaires, and summarizes the factors affecting the development of soybean alliance stability mainly divided into two parts, one is the external environmental factors, 2 it is union internal factors.The external environment factors including political factors, economic factors and market factors.Union internal factorsincluding members of specificity of assets investment, matching, information communication and sharing degree, organizational culture, interest distribution mechanism, internal management level,resources dependence.This paper use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, expert scoring method analysis influence factors: union compared to the external environment factors can influence the steady development of soybean alliance.Among them, market factors, interest distribution mechanism, information communication and sharing degree, members of the fit between these weighting factors, which influence the stability of alliance high degree.According to the results, can through the establishment of alliance partner selection mechanism are pointed out in the paper, the types of the league of clear, strengthen the cultural integration of alliance members, improve the coalition agreement, establish a trust mechanism, the members of the alliance to create effective and convenient way of communication to improve the stability of the soybean processing industry in Heilongjiang province strategic alliance, to ensure the healthy development of the alliance.At the same time, also lay a foundation for the healthy development of other alliance.更多还原
