【摘要】 随着经济发展和人类社会文明的进步,建筑行业对资源的消耗和环境的影响越来越来越受到人类的关注。目前,国内建筑项目日益繁多,而这类工程往往都伴随着与生俱来的高能耗,高污染。为了实现建筑行业的可持续发展,我国提出了“绿色施工”这一发展方向,它也成为目前工程建设项目的必然要求和建筑业发展的必然趋势。本文首先收集了国内外关于于绿色施工的研究现状,并结合西咸新区世纪和园建设项目的实际情况对文章的研究背景和目的做以阐述,着重介绍了相关绿色施工管理理论。其次结合世纪和园项目的基本概况,深刻剖析该项目绿色施工管理中存在的问题。针对项目管理中的问题,从组织管理、制度管理、技术管理、考核管理四个方面提出改进优化方案。最后,通过对管理理论和改进方案的延伸拓展,提出可操作性强的改进措施,涵盖了施工企业为了实现绿色施工管理从组织构建到制度成型以及考核评价方面的努力。本文所建立的绿色施工管理研究,旨在推进工程项目的绿色施工进程。不但要减少施工过程中的资源浪费,而且降低施工活动对环境的影响,对于现阶段推行绿色施工工作具有参考价值,也对实现建筑业可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and progress of human society civilization,the influence of the construction industry on the consumption of resources and environment is highly concerned.Now the domestic engineering project is increasing every day,and those projects are often accompanied by high energy consumption and pollution.In order to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry,Chinese government has proposed the development direction of "green construction",it also becomes the inevitable requirement and trend of engineering industry development.At the beginning,this paper has collected a large number of domestic and foreign researches on green construction,and combines with the Shiji Heyuan project in Xi-Xian District to define the background and purpose of this study.At the same time,the author also introduces the theory of green construction management.Secondly the author combined with the basic situation of the Shiji Heyuan project,deeply analyzes the problems that existed in the Green Construction management.And for the problems,this paper proposed an optimized scheme from four aspects: organization management,system management,and technology management and examination system.Finally,through the extension of management theory and improved scheme to put forward the improved measures with strong operability that covers effort of the construction enterprises how to achieve the green construction management from the organization,system formation to evaluation.In this paper,the establishment of green construction management research,aimed at promoting the construction project of the green process.Not only to reduce the waste of resources in the process of construction,and also reduce the impact of construction activities on the environment.The study has reference value on implementation of green construction,and also has certain reference significance to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry.更多还原
