基于离散事件系统仿真方法的制造工程布局问题研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术和社会经济的发展与进步,客户需求越来越多样化,产品的寿命周期越来越短,制造业的生产模式也发生了天翻地覆的变化,已经由大规模少品种的生产方式转变成小批量多品种的生产方式。而生产方式的改变对制造业的工程布局也提出了新的要求,而精益布局具有的柔性弹性的特性恰好能满足这种要求。但是由于精益布局的复杂性,传统的数学建模等方法已经很难满足精益布局的动态需求,所以引入离散事件系统仿真在精益布局中的应用从而显得相当重要。本文首先介绍了精益生产、制造工程布局设计以及系统仿真的基础理论;接着在基础理论的基础上,分析了传统布局与精益布局的区别,并针对传统布局的缺陷与不足,从实际课题出发,提出了精益布局的研究方法。以及PQ(ProductQuantity)分析、工艺流程分析、物流强度分析、工站设计、人力/设备配置、线体布局、SLP(System Layout Planning)系统布局和仿真优化等具体实施方法;最后对D公司精益布局项目进行了实施分析。运用精益布局的思想对D公司的制造工程布局项目进行了研究,并应用Flexsim仿真软件构建仿真模型,输出三维车间布局模型,动态输出各个时间段的数据,如在制品数量、各时间段的物流量,通过仿真实验设计进行参数优化,为选择制定最佳方案提供了依据,取得了较好的成果。研究成果证明了基于离散事件系统仿真方法在制造工程布局中应用的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 With the advance of science and technology and the growth of social economy, what customers want diversifies, and the life cycle of product is getting shorter and shorter, and the production model of manufacturing industry has undergoes significant change, which shifts from producing a great amount of limited product categories to small quantity of large varieties. This significant change in production model asks for brand new requirements to manufacturing engineering layout,however, the flexibility of lean manufacturing happens to meet these. But due to the complexity of the lean layout, the traditional mathematical modeling method has been difficult to meet the dynamic requirements of the lean layout, therefore, the introduction of application of discrete event system simulation in lean layout which is very important.This dissertation first discourses basic theories of lean production,manufacturing engineering layout and system simulation.Then it analyze the distinctions between traditional layout design and lean layout design,and aiming at the defects and shortages of the traditional layout,this dissertation proposes the research method of lean layout from the practical project.Along with the embodiment of Product-Quantity analysis, process analysis, logistic strength analysis, work station design, human resource and facility allocation, production line layout, system layout planning,simulation and optimizing concrete implementation method. Finally, it analyzes the implementation of lean layout project in D company. Study the manufacturing engineering layout project of D company by Lean concept, with the application of Flexsim simulation software to build up simulation model, output 3D workshop layout model, dynamic output of each period of the data, such as the quantity of WIP, the logistics amount, providing the basis for choosing the best solution by optimizing the parameters through simulation experiment design, achieved good results.The research results prove the validity and feasibility of applying discrete event system simulation in manufacturing engineering layout.
