明代山东盐业研究

【摘要】 山东盐业生产历史悠久,自夙沙煮盐开始到明代,盐业不论在生产技术上还是在制度上都有了长足的发展。盐业技术从依靠柴薪的煎盐法日渐发展为利用日光的晒盐法,实现了技术的飞跃。山东海盐一直是朝廷纳税的大宗,朝廷制定出一整套管理盐业生产和流通的制度、则例和法令,与之相伴的盐政机构也随之发展起来,明代山东设置了十九个盐场以及对其进行管理的两个分司,他们掌管当地的盐业生产、盐产收购管理以及支配着地方盐产资源。明代盐业体系亦日臻完善。中国古代制盐最早兴起于山东地区,在各个朝代其产量一直居于前列,为国家的税收做出了巨大的贡献,地位极其重要,国家对其管理也是十分严格。明代山东盐业的发展,与当时全国盐业的发展基本同步,但又有山东地区所独有的发展特点。研究明代山东地区的盐业对我们更好的了解全国盐业经济有着见微知著的重用作用。本文讨论山东地区盐业发展的历史沿革,探究明代山东地区盐业机构的设置、制盐技术的进步、明代开中制的发展以及这一制度对山东地区盐业的影响等问题,力图将明代山东盐业发展脉络多方位的清晰呈现。

【Abstract】 Salt is the most important condiment, the daily lives of our indispensable thing must, in addition to supply the majority of the people living outside the daily consumption, but also for the feudal rulers provide a steady stream of revenue. Therefore, in China, the salt industry has been dominated by an important position. Salt Production in Shandong has a long history, from the beginning to the cooking salt sand Su Ming Dynasty, salt either have a considerable development in the technology and scale of production system or in Salt, salt technology from reliance on firewood frying Salt increasing development for the use of daylight solar salt method to achieve a leap in technology; Shandong sea salt has been the bulk of the tax court, the Ming court to develop a set of management of salt production and circulation system, the cases and statutes, accompanying salt administration agency also will be developed. Shandong set up two sub-divisions and nineteen saltworks, they charge local salt production, salt production acquisition, the salt tax administration, the dominant local salt production resources. In short Ming Dynasty Salt system also improving.
