永红煤矿瓦斯赋存及治理技术研究

【摘要】 本论文根据山西永红煤矿的3号煤层瓦斯赋存情况,从煤层瓦斯涌出分布、瓦斯抽放方式、煤与瓦斯突出危险性敏感指标等方面出发,系统地研究了永红煤矿3号煤层瓦斯涌出规律和综合治理技术。本论文在借鉴和总结前人对瓦斯抽采技术研究的基础之上,依据永红煤矿的实际情况,利用煤矿瓦斯涌出量分源预测法分别预测了3509回采工作面、3509掘进工作面等地点瓦斯涌出量;针对预测结果,对回采工作面采取打顺层钻孔预抽放、边采边抽的瓦斯治理方法,对掘进工作面采取先抽后掘,双向掘进的掘进方式,对新采空区采取密闭尾巷抽放方式对老采空区采取全封闭抽放的抽放方式,高位抽放钻孔和插管抽放作为本矿辅助的采空区和上隅角瓦斯抽放方式;利用直接测定煤层瓦斯残存量作为区域预抽防突效果检验方法,利用钻屑指标法作为局部防突措施效果检验方法。通过在井下掘进现场采集数据、观察动力现象,运用综合分析比较等方法,得出永红煤矿3号煤层煤与瓦斯突出危险性各项指标的敏感性,确定了突出指标的临界值。
【Abstract】 This paper according to the shanxi Yonghong coal mine no.3 coal seam gas occurrence, distribution, gas drainage from coal seam gas emission mode, coal and gas outburst risk sensitive indicators,systematically studied the Yonghong coal mine gas emission rule and comprehensive control technology. This paper in reference and the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research on gas extraction technology,according to the actual situation of Yonghong coal mine, using the coal mine gas emission source prediction method respectively predicted the 3509 working face gas emission,3509 tunneling faces and other sites; On forecast results, to make bedding on working face advance drilling drainage, gas control method of the extraction in the tunneling faces to smoke before digging, two-way driving way of driving to new goaf drainage closed end lane ways for old goaf closed drainage of drainage, high as the auxiliary mine goaf drainage lane and the upper corner gas drainage way; Using the direct determination of coal seam gas residual stock as regional drainage effect testing method, using the method of index of drill cuttings as local outburst prevention measures effect testing method. By looking at the scene of the tunneling of the acquisition data, dynamic phenomenon, using the method of comprehensive analysis and comparison, it is concluded that Yonghong of no.3 coal seam coal mine coal and gas outburst danger of the sensitivity of the indicators, to determine the critical value of the outburst index.
