【摘要】 本文以庐铜铁路为研究对象,阐述了其沿线发展物流产业的重要意义和必要性,分析了物流产业对促进沿线地区产业发展作用,提出了铁路沿线发展物流产业的思路和运营模式,为庐铜铁路沿线物流节点的选址和功能布局提供了参考。论文首先分析了庐铜铁路在全国和安徽省的铁路、公路、水路等交通路网中的地位。其次,研究了沿线的庐江县、无为县和铜陵市的经济产业情况,并与周边的六安市、安庆市、池州市、黄山市和宣城市进行了全方位的对比,论证了庐铜铁路沿线发展物流业对沿线区域产业发展的重要性。本文通过实地调研、问卷采集、数据分析等方法,研究了庐铜铁路沿线的物流成本和物流需求；通过对公路运输、公铁联运、公水联运、铁水联运等多种运输方式进行分析,计算出通过各种运输方式从庐铜铁路沿线区域到达全国各省的物流成本。据此得出了建设物流枢纽,发展无缝对接的多式联运,比公路运输能降低20%以上的物流成本的结论。同时,以实地调研和问卷采集的数据为基础,通过指数平滑、回归分析等多种预测方法,预测了庐铜铁路的货运量,分析了货物的种类和流向。基于上述分析,论文对庐铜铁路物流产业提出了“三四四五”发展战略。即以促进庐铜铁路沿线经济发展、提高庐铜铁路货运通行效率、降低物流成本为三大目标；以寻求各级政府支持、整合社会资源、搭建物流联盟、扩展铁路运输为四大抓手：将庐铜铁路建成北煤南运通道、沿线矿产资源外运通道、公铁水多式联运通道、沿线工业产品及原辅材料进出等“四大通道”；建设庐江县矿资源产品装运物流园工程、无为县铁水联运码头工程、铜陵煤炭物流园区工程、物流信息化平台工程、供应链金融工程等五大工程。通过深入分析公铁联运、公水联运、铁水联运、物流功能集聚模式的发展现状,同时借鉴国内外先进案例,本文设计出各运输模式的运营流程,并结合我国的现实情况提出了具体发展措施。最后,本文对沿线物流节点进行了初步选址和布局规划。通过对庐江县矿资源产品装运物流园、无为县铁水联运物流园、铜陵煤炭物流园进行了深入研究,提出了各园区的功能定位、最佳选址、主要货源,规划了园区的功能布局,奠定了庐铜铁路沿线物流产业的发展基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,Lutong railway for the study,explained the significance and necessity of the development along the logistics industry, analyzes the logistics industry to promote the role of industrial development areas along the proposed railway development of the logistics industry ideas and business model for Lu location and functional layout copper railway logistics nodes provide a reference.Thesis analyzes the Lutong railways status in Anhui and in the country railways, highways,waterways and other transportation road network. Secondly, the study along Lujiang, Wuwei economic situation and Tongling, and with the surrounding Luan, Anqing, Chizhou, Huangshan, and declared the city a full range of contrast, demonstrated Lutong railway along the importance of developing the logistics industry on regional industrial development.Through field research, questionnaire collection, data analysis method to study the logistics cost and logistics needs LuTong along the railway; through the analysis of modes of transport:road transport,rail transport,road-water intermodal, road-rail intermodal, rail-water intermodal,calculated the arrival of logistics cost the provinces along the railway line from Lutong region through various modes of transport. According to results of the construction of the logistics hub,seamless development of multimodal transport, road transport can be reduced more than 20% of logistics costs conclusions. Meanwhile,field research and data collection on the basis of questionnaires,through exponential smoothing, multiple regression analysis,prediction the Lutong railway freight,analyzes the type and flow of goods.Based on the above analysis,the paper Lutong railway logistics industry put forward the "three-four-four-five" development strategy. Namely to promote economic development along the Lutong railway,improve Lutong railway efficiency of freight traffic and reduce logistics costs for the "three goals".to seek government support at all levels,integration of social resources, build logistics alliance,the starting point for the focus.The completion of the railway Lutong north-south coal channel,along the mineral resources sinotrans channel,road-rail-water multimodal intermodal channel,along the industrial products and raw materials in and out of other "four channel".construction Lujiang mineral resources to shipment logistics park project,Wuwei rail-water intermodal terminal project, Tongling coal logistics park engineering, logistics information platform,supply chain finance for the "five projects".Through in-depth analysis of rail-road intermodal,road-water intermodal,rail-water intermodal,logistics functions gather current development model.At the same time learn from the advanced cases from other country,the various transportation modes and operational processes was designed in this study,and put forward specific development measures combined with China’s reality.Finally,this paper logistics nodes along the preliminary site selection and layout planning.Lujiang mineral resources by product shipment logistics park, Wuwei rail-water intermodal logistics parks,coal logistics park in Tongling in-depth research,the functional orientation of each park, best location, the main supply,planning the functional layout of the park,and laid the foundation for the development Lutong railway logistics industry.更多还原
