带式输送机液粘软起动系统的研究

【摘要】 液体粘性离合器是一种利用油膜剪切力来传递动力的机电液一体化设备。由于大功率电机直接起动时会对电机本身及供电系统产生较大的冲击,通过采用液粘离合器来实现对电机软起动,可减小对电机和供电系统的冲击,实现电机可控的起动。本文以带式输送机为应用对象,对液体粘性离合器的传动机理及其控制技术进行研究。在对带式输送机的起动特性、液粘离合器的结构和原理的进行分析的基础上,针对带式输送机的调速特性和液粘离合器调速原理对带式输送机的速度控制特性进行分析研究,深入研究液粘离合器的调速机理,推导建立传递的转矩计算公式。采用有限元分析法分析液粘离合器稳定工作情况下,摩擦副的应力场分布,分析何种厚度摩擦材料摩擦片效果最好。通过液粘离合器的外特性曲线,采用局部线性化处理,建立液粘软起动的数学模型,进而分析液粘离合器的速度控制的绝对稳定区域,采用常规PID和模糊PID两种控制策略分别对数学模型进行控制仿真,并对结果进行分析比对,分析何种为最佳控制策略。结果表明采用模糊PID的控制策略输出的速度可更好的跟踪给定速度,并且响应速度快,证明理论分析的正确性。针对于大功率带式输送机的起动,以PLC为核心设计了一套液体粘性离合器的控制系统,可实现带式输送机的软起动。

【Abstract】 Hydro-viscous clutch is a kind of electromechanical equipments which use the shear force of oil film to transfer power.Due to the direct starting of the large power electric motor will have a great impact on the electrical power supply system and the electric motor itseif,by using the hydro-viscous clutch can reduce the impact on the electric motor and the electrical power supply system and realize starting of the electric motor.This paper regards the belt convery as research subjects,and studies the transmisson mechanism of the hydro-viscous clutch and its control technology.On the basis of the analysis of the belt convery starting characteristics and the structure and principle of the hydro-viscous clutch.Aimed at the belt convery speed regulation and the instructure and principle of the hydro-viscous clutch analysed on the belt conveyor speed control characteristics,speed regulating mechanism of the hydro-viscous clutch is in-depth studied transmission torque calculation formula is derived.Used the finite element analysis under the hydro-viscous clutch stable working condition, the distribution of the stress of the friction disks is derived and the best thickness of the friction material is derived. through the local linear processing of the external characteristic curve of hydro-viscous clutch, build the mathematical model of the soft starting device,confirm the absolute stability region, the conventional PID and fuzzy PID two control strategies are respectively to simulating the model,compared the results,analysed which is the best strategy.Simulation experiment showed the fuzzy PID algorithm is more capable of tracking the given speed, has a faster response and proves the correctness of theoretical analysis. Aimed at the start of the large power belt conveyor, PLC as the core of the hydro-viscous clutch system is designed,can realize the soft start of the belt conveyor.
