大采高采煤机截割部传动系统动态特性研究

【摘要】 厚煤层、特厚煤层资源的高产高效开采直接关系到我国的煤炭经济发展,在综采工作面中,采煤机的工作环境复杂多变,尤其是在截割赋存条件复杂的工作面时,受强烈的冲击载荷的影响,会导致其传动系统的一些关键零部件出现损坏,采煤机工作的可靠性和稳定性都会降低。因此对采煤机截割部传动系统进行可靠性研究十分必要。本论文以某煤机公司“易维护SL1000型采煤机摇臂计算机仿真模拟分析”项目为工程对象,以有限元技术、虚拟样机技术和疲劳累积损伤理论为理论基础,利用Pro/E、MATLAB和ADAMS建立了采煤机截割部虚拟样机模型。基于虚拟样机的仿真数据,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对截割部传动系统疲劳安全系数最小的第三级齿轮进行了接触强度和疲劳校核,得到了应力云图、应力曲线和寿命,结果满足强度要求;同时基于nSoft分析了受载最大的输出轴,得到了应力云图、寿命分析结果和寿命云图,经分析满足强度要求。基于ADAMS和MATLAB/SIMULINK对截割部进行了机电联合仿真,研究了在模拟工况动载条件下截割电机的运转情况,结果表明电机运转基本良好。本文的研究为复杂环境下工作的大型工矿装备的传动系统设计提供了参考,此研究方法可以缩短产品的设计周期,降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力。

【Abstract】 High yield and high efficiency mining of thick coal seam and specially thick coal seam resources is directly related to the economic development of our country’s coal. In the fully mechanized working face, coal winning machine’s working environment is complicated. Especially when cutting complex occurrence condition of seam face, the influence of the strong impact load will lead to the damage to the transmission system of some key parts.The influence of coal winning machine will reduce the working reliability and stability. So the transmission system of coal winning machine cutting part reliability study is very necessary.This paper is based on "easy maintenance SL1000 shearer rocker arm computer simulation analysis". With finite element technology, virtual prototype technology and fatigue cumulative damage theory as the theoretical basis, Pro/E, ADAMS and MATLAB is used to establish the virtual prototype model of body coal winning machine cutting part. Based on the virtual prototype simulation data, ANSYS/ls-dyna is used to do three-stage gear of minimum safety coefficient contact strength and fatigue check of shearer cutting unit transmission system, obtained the stress nephogram stress curve and life, the results meet the strength requirement. At the same time, based on nSoft, loading maximum output shaft is analyzed, obtained the stress nephogram, life analysis results and life contours, the analysis meet the strength requirement. Based on ADAMS and MATLAB/SIMULINK has carried on the electrical and mechanical joint simulation of cutting part. They studied in simulated condition of dynamic load conditions the workings of the cutting machine, basic good results show that the motor is running.This paper provides a reference for the transmission design and research work for large mining equipment complex environment. this research method could shorten the design period of products, greatly reduces the production cost and improve the market competitiveness.
