【摘要】 本文以环渤海三省两市为研究对象,以文化产业理论、产业竞争力为理论和文化产业竞争力评价理论为基础,以地区文化产业竞争力为选题,基于网络层次分析法,构建了地区文化产业竞争力评价模型,运用超级决策软件,对环渤海三省两市文化产业作出分析评价,并提出相应的培育路径。环渤海三省两市文化产业资源丰富,整体实力较强,文化产业发展基础良好,高校云集,拥有人力资源优势和深厚的文化积淀,还有强劲的科技创新驱动力和积极的政府扶持作为后盾。同时,京津地区还有旺盛的文化消费需求。这些得天独厚的条件为环渤海地区文化产业的发展提供了肥沃的土壤。但是,由于环渤海三省两市文化产业发展不平衡,行政干预色彩过重,开发过程中自成体系,没有形成区域合力,是目前阻碍该地区文化产业发展的最主要的因素。北京作为区域文化产业发展的“龙头”,拥有强大的吸引能力和辐射能力。天津文化产业尽管目前规模不大,但后劲足、潜力大。近年来天津文化产业投资比重大,有较强的创新能力,有较旺盛的消费需求。山东和河北虽然文化资源丰富,但其产业化能力较弱。辽宁产业实力较弱,居民文化消费水平偏低,制约了文化产业的快速发展。本文通过阅读前人研究成果,对相关理论作了回顾,对地区文化产业竞争力评价模型是建立奠定了良好的理论基础：通过定性和定量分析,理论联系实际,对环渤海三省两市文化产业竞争力作出了比较分析,并针对分析结果提出了培育路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes the three provinces and two cities of Bohai as the research object based on the theory of cultural industries, industrial competitiveness as theoretical and cultural industry competitiveness evaluation theory, taking regional cultural industrial competitiveness as topics, which is based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, building a regional cultural industry competitive analysis model by using Super Decisions software, the Sea provinces of cultural industries to make a evaluation analysis between the three provinces and two cities of Bohai Rime, and brought the corresponding cultivation path.The three provinces and two cities of Bohai Rime are rich in cultural industry resources, the overall strength is strong, and has good foundation for the development of cultural industries, there are many universities gathered with human resources and rich cultural heritage, as well as a strong driving force for technological innovation and active government support as a backing. Meanwhile, the Beijing-Tianjin region has strong demand for cultural consumption. These favorable conditions provide fertile soil for the development of cultural industries in the Bohai Sea region.Due to the uneven development of cultural industries three provinces and two cities of Bohai Rime, the color is too heavy administrative intervention, the process of developing its own system, there is no regional synergies, is currently impeding the development of cultural industries in the region the most important factor. Beijing is a leader in regional cultural industry development, which has strong ability in attraction and radiation. Although the scale of cultural industries in Tianjin is small, it has enough stamina and great potential. In recent years, the investment of Tianjin has strong innovation capabilities of in cultural industry with more robust consumer demand. Shandong and Hebei, though rich cultural resources, is weak in its industrial capacity. Liaoning Industry is the weakest, with low cultural level of consumption, restricts the development of cultural industries.Having read many articles through previous research, I made comparative study of the theory of competitive research area of cultural industry which laid a good theoretical basis; through qualitative and quantitative theory and practice analysis, between the three provinces two cities on the Bohai Sea of Cultural Industry Competitiveness make a comparative analysis, and for the results,the analysis presented nurturing path.更多还原
