【摘要】 建行PL支行成立于1987年,经过多年经营,凭借着建设银行良好的信誉、优质的服务,取得各项业务的长足发展。但是自2000以来,伴随着PL市地方经济的高速发展,地区内银行等金融机构的数量和规模大幅度增加,商业银行业务体系中的个人银行业务竞争日趋白热化,国内金融业经营形势异常严峻,业务发展、扩张举步维艰,个人银行业务产品创新滞后,缺乏新的增长点,业务发展缓慢。因此,建行PL支行应该加快产品、业务创新,加强对本地区经济特点、居民金融消费习惯的研究,制定出个人银行业务发展策略和经营模式,获得个人银行业务的增长点和新发展。论文以建行PL支行个人银行业务经营方向和市场地位为研究重点,深入分析建行PL支行个人银行业务经营现状,总结出建行PL支行个人银行业务发展存在的主要问题；然后,对建行PL支行个人银行业务经营的内外部环境进行深入分析,并利用SWOT分析法总结出建行PL支行个人银行业务发展的优势和劣势、机会和威胁；再次,具体提出建行PL支行个人银行业务的经营策略,设定银行的经营目标为提高市场(?)明确创新和转型发展的经营思路,提出应该实施差异化客户发展策略、拓展客户(?)的产品策略、提高中间业务收入的服务和产品策略；最后,提出建行PL支(?)行业务发展的相关保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 PL branch of China Construction Bank was established in 1987, is a branch of Construction Bank set up in the city of PL, after many years of operation, by virtue of the Construction Bank of good reputation, quality of service, has made the rapid development of the business. But in recent years, with steady and rapid growth in the national and local economy, the number and size of banking institutions in the expanding, as the bank business to one of the important contents of personal banking business in the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Especially since 2009, the international and domestic financial situation is extremely severe, the scale of the expansion of the resistance, the personal banking business growth is weak, the business development situation is grim. In this case, PL branch of China Construction Bank to size up the situation, adhere to the scientific concept of development, using modern management idea, rely on high-tech means, to strengthen the research on personal banking business strategy, combined with the characteristics of regional economic development and financial customer consumption characteristics, actively seeking innovation mode of operation, a new profit growth point to obtain the new development of the personal banking business. The Construction Bank PL branch personal banking business as the research object, to the development of personal banking business transformation as the core, focusing on analysis of the PL branch of China Construction Bank personal banking business development present situation and the facing the business environment, where regional competition in the market environment and the main factors hindering the development of personal banking business, should be combined with its personal banking business line for many years in the accumulation of work experience, combined with the personal bank business development trends and characteristics and learn from the foreign advanced business philosophy of industry especially, should be taken in the future development of the PL branch of China Construction Bank personal banking business strategy and focus on supporting measures are put forward, in order to offer decision-making reference argument.This paper is divided into five parts.
