F公司员工流失的问题及对策研究

【摘要】 随着社会主义市场经济的进一步发展,市场经济飞速发展,公有制经济为中国经济的迅速腾飞起到了决定性作用。但随着经济不断发展,由于历史遗留原因,企业内部管理体制存在较大的弊端,员工的流失率也比较严重,国有企业发展问题亟待解决。在国家提出“国有企业深化国有企业改革,完善各类国有资产管理体制,不断增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力”的指导方针下,本文结合个人工作经验对国有企业人才流失问题进行了详细分析。本文主要分为五部分,第一部分主要对本课题的研究背景,研究意义及研究方法做基本的介绍;第二部分以F公司为例,首先对F公司以及所处的行业背景做基本的介绍,对目前F公司员工流失的现状做了相应的统计,并指出了目前管理中存在的问题;第三部分为案例分析,主要结合了勒温的场论理论、马斯洛需求理论、公平理论等对员工流失的原因做了理论分析;第四部分对产生员工流失的原因进行了分析;第五部分为对策和建议,主要通过待遇留人、感情留人、制度留人这三个方面对F公司如何降低企业员工流失率提出了建议。

【Abstract】 With the further development and acceleration of the socialist market economy, public ownership economy takes the crucial part of the economy. Otherwise, the enterprises employee turnover has become an important topic of the current economic and social research because of historical problems and systematical obstacles. It has a very bad effect on the long-term development of state-owned enterprises. On condition that the central government advocates "promotion of Reform, perfection of management system and improvement of state-owned economy’s influence and contribution, I, combined with my personal experience, try to analyses the employee turnover of F Company.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction which is mainly about the research background, research signification and research method of the topic. The second part belongs to the case body which is all about three aspects:the background of F Company and its industry; the corresponding statistics of the current situation F Company’s employee turnover; the problems existing in the current management system. The third part is the theory introduction referring on the case analysis, including Lewin’s field theory, Maslow’s demand theory, and fair theory, etc. The fourth part is the reasons of employee turnover. The fifth part is countermeasures and suggestions which is mainly solve the problem how to reduce the employee turnover rate by three method which are salary, system and emotion.
