【摘要】 A公司目前承受着非常大的经营成本方面的压力,首先,A公司的企业性质发生了改变,他们从沈阳地铁集团有限公司独立出来,成为独立的企业法人,以前集团公司会拨付给A公司运营所需资金,但是随着A公司独立以后,这种扶持就不存在了,A公司需要自主经营,主负盈亏,这样的经营压力给A公司带来了新的挑战。其次,根据地铁行业的经营规律和业务特点,A公司重要的备品备件物资已过质保期,导致A公司的运营成本有了急剧的上升,使A公司的运营面临困境。为应对上述情况,A公司领导决定先从物资管理入手,实施A公司物资管理信息化系统项目,一方面希望通过该系统的实施为A公司的物资管理工作建立规范化、标准化的业务工作流程,提高物资管理工作效率,另一方面,也希望通过该系统的运用,为制定年度采购预算提供精确、可靠的数据,以利于领导层的管理决策,从而最终能够实现控制、甚至降低A公司运营成本的目的。本文首先对A公司的概况、组织架构、运营模式做了介绍,然后通过对经营管理方面特别是物资管理上遇到的困难加以分析,得出必须通过进行企业信息化建设才能改变现状的结论,最后基于ERP实施理论、业务流程变革理论和信息系统项目管理理论基础上,通过对A公司物资管理信息系统实施案例详细的分析,从系统实施的背景、实施过程、以及系统上线后运行的效果,进行全面深入的剖析,从如何进行符合企业实际需求的软件选型；物资管理系统对企业带来哪些深层次的影响等方面进行总结,希望为企业信息化建设提供一些有益的经验。实践证明,企通过进行信息化建设,可以有效降低运营成本、提升工作效率,提高企业经营管理水平,也会为企业的经营管理带来新挑战、新变化。在物资管理系统选型时,既要考虑企业的实际业务需求,也要与企业未来发展战略目标相结合。选择符合企业实际需要的的管理软件。同时,管理系统实施和业务流程管理相互影响、相互作用,一方面,物资管理信息的实施要以企业业务流程管理变革为基础,另一方面,业务流程变革也会促进物资管理系实施的效果,提高项目实施的成功率,本文是企业信息化理论成果的具体实践应用,希望可以对相关理论提供一些补充。更多还原
