【摘要】 列宁的国际经济合作思想是世界上第一个社会主义国家探索社会主义建设道路所取得的重要成果之一,给社会主义建设事业留下了宝贵遗产。深入研究列宁国际经济合作思想,不仅对生产力发展相对落后的国家开展社会主义建设提供了思想指导和方法借鉴,而且对于我国外交开放道路的形成及推动我国在新形势下继续实施以国际经济合作为主要内容的对外开放战略具有重要价值。本文从四个部分对列宁国际经济合作思想进行研究。第一部分阐述了列宁对国际经济合作形成原因的认识。列宁指出,资本主义发展的新变化和苏维埃俄国建设发展的新需要是国际经济合作形成的主要原因。第二部分阐述了列宁对国际经济合作原则和途径的认识。列宁指出,苏维埃俄国开展国际经济合作应该本着独立自主、平等互利、讲求效益的原则,通过学习先进科技和管理经验,多方面吸收和利用外资,坚持对外贸易国家垄断和参与国际会议,双边、多边互动等形式,积极参与国际经济合作。第三部分阐述了列宁对国际经济合作成效的认识。列宁指出,苏维埃俄国通过开展国际经济合作既以自身的发展壮大促进了社会主义与资本主义从共存走向共处,又由于意识形态等方面的分歧导致双方没有奠定经济合作开展的信任基础,因此国际经济合作实施的效果并不理想。第四部分研究了列宁国际经济合作思想的当代价值:一是不同历史文化背景、不同社会制度的国家应该进一步相互理解、相互借鉴、相互包容,以合作促发展;二是国际经济合作的开展应该围绕维护和发展国家利益之中心、服务经济社会又好又快发展之大局;三是我国应该坚持以互利共赢为核心开展国际经济合作。因此,稳定的国内国际环境、坚定的互利共赢理念、牢固的政治信任是实现有效的国际经济合作的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leninism theory of international economic cooperation is the main product in first socialism country’s investigation on the socialism construction road. And it is also the precious heritage in the socialism construction. To deeply study this theory is not only provides the theory and methodology of socialism construction in the developing countries, but also reveals the value for international cooperation for the opening up in Chinese diplomatic strategy in new circumstances.This paper investigates the Leninism study on international economic cooperation in four aspects. The first part demonstrates the reasons for the formation of Leninism study on the international economic cooperation. Lenin pointed out that the main reason for the formation of international economic cooperation for both new changes in capitalism and new demands of construction in Soviet Russia. The second part exhibits the Lenin’s understanding of principle and approaches into international economic cooperation. Lenin pointed out that Soviet Russia should conduct international economic cooperation independently, automatically, fairly, multi-beneficially and efficiently. In this way, the country can learn advanced technology and management experiences. Furthermore, they can take the advantage of foreign investment, state monopoly international trade, participate bilateral, multi-bilateral conference and participate in international economic cooperation. The third part shows the Lenin’s understanding of achievement in international economic cooperation. Lenin pointed out that Soviet Russia make progress through international economic cooperation through two ways: first, it accelerates the co-existence process between socialism and capitalism. However, due to insufficient mutual trust between both systems, there are no satisfactory results of international economic cooperation recently. The fourth part investigates the contemporary value of Leninism International Economic Theory. There are three explanations: Countries with different historical, cultural backgrounds and different social norms should get better understanding and tolerance to achieve long term development; Second, international economic cooperation should develop national interest and contribute to better society; Third, China should implement international economic cooperation multi-beneficially. Therefore, stable domestic and international environment, multi-beneficial belief and robust political trust can guarantee the valid international economic cooperation.更多还原
