【摘要】 在现有城市设计中,由于设计者对控制要素、控制方法与控制有效性与实施可能性认识的薄弱,街道空间与界面控制往往成为一纸空谈。归根结底,是街道控制中缺乏统一的指标体系控制造成的。本文结合了知觉体验对街道空间形态的感性认识,与城市设计导则对街道空间形态的理性控制,期望搭建对空间形态的定性认识到定量控制之间的桥梁,通过空间感知、空间描述、指标控制、空间评价、设计反馈研究,探讨了街道空间形态的控制内容及指标运用,并提出城市街道空间形态控制方法的局部改进与优化方法与途径。本文第一章介绍了街道的基本概念,提出街道空间形态的控制研究在城市设计中的意义。第二章通过分析人体对空间的知觉体验,得出描述街道空间形态的六大方面。第三章总结了现有街道空间理论与城市设计实践中,街道空间形态的控制方法与控制内容,提出了街道空间描述与街道空间控制方式的对应关系。第四章以武汉蔡甸城关中心区城市设计为案例,运用之前总结出的街道控制指标体系,对蔡甸区主要街道的空间形态进行分析与评价,提出现有街道空间形态存在的问题,然后,运用街道控制指标对有问题的街道形态进行设计,力图使修整后的街道空间形态达到控制目标,实现设计愿景。通过对街道空间形态控制指标的提取和控制有效性的研究,论文期望对现有城市设计空间控制方法提出一些启发,以提高城市设计的效力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the current situation of urban design, The designers are so weak to control the elements and methods that the control of street space and the interface often become a paper talk. In nutshell,it is origin of the poor knowledge with the streets in a unified index system.This paper combines the perceptual experience and theories of street space,rational control and urban design guidelines of street space which is expected to build a bridge between qualitative on spatial form and reality quantitative control.Through the space perception,space description, target control,space design evaluation and feedback, to find a efficiently means to regulate the street space.The first chapter of this paper introduces the basic concept of street, proposed the significance of street space research control in city design.The second chapter,through the analysis of human perception of space experience, putting forward to six aspects of street space elements.The third chapter summarizes the current city street space design theory and practice,control method and the content of the form of the street space, proposing the corresponding relationship between street space and control method.In the last chapter,using Wuhan City Center District of Caidian as a case of street design, analysis and evaluation of spatial form of the main streets in Caidian, trying to achieve control objectives,design and implementation of vision.The expectation of the current city space design of the proposed control method to improve the effectiveness of some inspiration,city design.更多还原
