面向模具生产自动化的车间物流系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 在“工业4.0”的大背景下,模具加工自动化是未来模具技术发展的主要趋势,模具车间物流自动化作为模具加工自动化的组成内容,是今后模具行业发展的一个重要方面。模具车间现场物流过程信息的实时采集则是实现物流自动化的关键。本文结合模具车间物流特点,将RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)技术引入到模具生产物流过程,重点围绕物流信息的自动采集和处理,深入研究了基于RFID的模具车间物流系统的实现及其涉及到的关键技术。首先,通过充分分析模具车间物流过程,确定物流信息特征及处理需求,结合物联网技术,构建了基于RFID的模具企业物流管理系统架构。在此基础上提出了基于RFID的物流运输过程事件处理机制,通过对物流过程中海量标签事件进行有效的过滤、封装,以及对关键性业务事件的处理、融合使其最终转化为模具企业最为关心的监控事件。基于上述的事件信息处理,实现了物流过程中各种信息的有效转化与快速传输。然后,针对模具车间物流任务生成特点,提出了物流小车调度机制,通过任务分配策略将物流任务及时的分配给物流小车,并在拥塞避免的前提下完成小车物流路线的规划工作,在物流任务执行过程中实时检测拥塞冲突,发生冲突时及时的采取拥塞避免策略。最后,在上述研究的基础上,采用C/S和B/S相结合的混合开发模式,开发了基于RFID的模具车间物流系统,实现了对加工现场物流信息的实时采集、对物流资源的实时调度和对物流过程的实时监控,为模具加工自动化的全面推进奠定了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 At the age of "Industry 4.0", the automation of mould processing has become the major development trend for future Mould technology. As the component of mould processing, logistics automation of mold workshop is an important aspect of the future mould industry. Real-time information acquisition in the mould workshop site during the logistics process is the key to realize the logistics automation. In this paper, we introduce RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) into the mould production process combining with the characteristics of mould workshop logistics. We focus on automatic acquisition and processing of logistics information. And we also investigate the key technology to implement the mould workshop logistics system based on RFID.First, we determine the characteristics of logistics information and requirements by analyze the processing. Combined the technology of Internet of Things, a Mould Enterprise Logistics Management construction can be built. On the base, we propose an event-handling mechanism during logistics transportation process based on RFID. By filtering and packaging mass label incidents in logistics process, along with handling and integrating critical business events, it can be converted into monitoring events which the mould industries care about mostly. Based on the event information handling above, effective transformation and rapid transmission of various information in the logistics processing can be realized.Then, logistics car scheduling mechanism is proposed aiming at the features of mould workshop tasks formation. Via task assigning policy, the logistics tasks can be distributed to logistics car in time. On the premise of voiding jam, the car logistics route planning task can be completed. In the logistics mission, congestion conflict can be real time monitored. Once happened, congestion avoidance strategy will come into effect.Last, on the basis of the investigate above, uniting the B/S and C/S mixed development mode, mould workshop logistics system based on RFID is exploited which realizes real- time acquisition of processing information, real- time scheduling of logistics resource and real- time monitoring of the processing. This lays a good foundation to promote the automation of mould processing.
