嵌入式数控卷板机控制系统研究

【摘要】 卷板机是一种广泛使用的板材加工装备,为了满足卷板机加工的高效、高精的要求,卷板机需配备数控系统。目前应用于卷板机上的数控系统多数是采用工业控制计算机和PLC或者是工业控制计算机和运动控制卡开发的,开发成本较高。因嵌入式系统具有成本低、可维护性好等特点,在工业控制领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。因此,本文对采用ARM和CPLD构建的嵌入式数控卷板机控制系统进行了研究。通过对采用液压传动的三辊、四棍卷板机的机械结构、工作原理和控制要求进行了分析,总结出卷板机在控制要求上的共同点,研究了卷板机控制系统应该具备的功能,提出了“ARM+CPLD”的嵌入式卷板机控制系统总体设计方案。根据系统总体设计方案设计控制系统的硬件,对ARM通过并行总线扩展CPLD器件的原理以及通过CPLD扩展开关量输入输出接口、模拟量输入输出接口以及编码器信号输入接口的原理进行了研究,设计出主控制板、数字I/O接口板、模拟量输入输出接口板以及编码器信号接口板,构建出控制系统的硬件平台。基于系统的硬件平台,采用Verilog HDL设计CPLD程序,包括ARM与CPLD通信、数字量输入输出处理、模拟量输入输出处理、编码器信号处理等几个部分,并对各部分程序进行了实验或仿真验证,使通过CPLD扩展的各类硬件接口实现相应的功能。基于以上研究,对嵌入式数控卷板机控制系统的软件进行研究,分析了控制系统的软件结构,并开发了数控系统的人机界面软件、控制软件以及设备驱动程序。最后通过全文的研究,设计一套嵌入式数控卷板机控制系统。

【Abstract】 Plate bending machine is a kind of sheet metal processing equipment widely used in many fields. To meet the requirements of high efficiency and high precision, it needs to be equipped with numerical control system. Currently, most numerical control systems applied on plate bending machine are developed on basis of industrial control computer and PLC or industrial control computer and motion control card, but the development cost of these system is relatively high. Embedded system, characterized by its low cost and good maintainability, has been more and more extensively adopted in the field of industrial control. In this paper, the embedded control system based on ARM and CPLD of CNC plate bending machine was studied.Through the research of the working principle and control requirements of three roller bending machine and four roller plate bending machine with hydraulic transmission, this paper summarized the common requirements on control of plate bending machine, analyzed the functions that control system of plate bending machine should have, and proposed a design of embedded system based on ARM and CPLD.According to the overall design scheme to design the hardware of the system. The parallel bus connection method used between ARM and CPLD, and the principle of how to use CPLD to expand digital signal input and output interfaces, analog signal input and output interfaces and encoder signal input interfaces were studied. At last, the motherboard and various interface boards were designed.After the completion of hardware design, Verilog HDL was used to design CPLD program. The functions of the program are composed of ARM and CPLD communicating, digital signal input and output processing, analog signal input and output processing, the encoder signal processing. Each function of the program was verified by experiments or simulations, to make the various types of interfaces extended by CPLD can achieve the corresponding functions.On the basis of the above research, software structure of the embedded control system of CNC plate bending machine was studied, and developed the man-machine interface software, control program and device driver of the control system.At last, through the research of this thesis, a set of experimental embedded control system has been developed.
