【摘要】 出口公司在业务扩大、组织结构变化过程中,仍停留在数据处理阶段的单证管理子系统已无法满足协作办公的需求。本文以SUTEX公司为案例研究旨在帮助同样情况的企业过渡到流程型OA阶段,并为尚有空白的单证管理信息系统文献增添一笔。本论文从分析我国出口企业单证管理信息化的存在问题和分析外贸管理系统或软件存在的问题,找出企业业务系统阻碍单证管理电子化发展的原因,找出适合企业操作的系统功能需求分析方法步骤和流程型OA功能。理论上提出单证管理系统功能作为出口公司业务系统中的一部分必需从事务型OA转向信息流管理型OA,并将质量文件纳入广义单证范畴和系统数据库,利于操作层解放生产力和组织内外分工协同效率;有利于管理层快速获得决策数据;有利于充实数据库,让决策层管理系统采集的数据来源更全面,数据分析更精确的观点。技术上提出用Excel分析、筛选、验证、积累系统功能所需的数据,在成本和管理方面能让软件公司更快更深入地理解企业各层需要的单证管理系统功能。实际应用上运用托运登记表的工作流历史数据生成数据透视图和表,找出SUTEX出口公司单证生产的瓶颈原因,画出组织结构图,系统文档和工作流程关系图。从工作流时间管理提高生产效率和工作流文档管理提高服务质量两方面提出对系统的改进方案。成功建立Excel信用证管理系统模型,除具有文件部分内容自动填写和流转功能,还可有效利用数据库中静态信用证数据,动态实现时间管理单证进度提醒功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of business expansion, organization structure of export company change. But their document management subsystem still stay in data processing stage and have been unable to meet the needs of collaboration work. SUTEX company as a case study is designed to help the condition of same type enterprise transition to process OA stages, and there are literature adds a blank document management information system.On the analysis of the existing problems of our country export enterprise document management informatization and management system or software problems, this thesis find out the management information system reasons for hindering the development of the electronic document management system, and find out the suitable for enterprise used system function demand analysis steps and the OA system function with workflow technology.Theoretically putting forward the point of view, it is that as a part of the export business management system, document management system function type must be transferred from OA transaction process to information flow OA management. It is conducive to the liberation of productive forces and inside and outside the organization division of labor coordination efficiency on operational layer. It benefit to quickly get decision data on management layer. Enriching the database, it help policy makers collect more comprehensive, more accurate data source and data analysis, Quality documents is classified into the general category of documents.Technological putting forward the point of view, it is that using Excel to screen, validate, and accumulate the system function data, in terms of cost and management, can help enterprise software company fast and deep understand document management system function all levels of enterprise wanted.Practical application of this thesis is that using the workflow data of the historical shipping record generate data perspective and table, figuring out why the bottleneck of SUTEX export company documents production, drawing the organization chart and system documentation and the work flow diagram. From two aspects to put forward improvement program, these are that the workflow time management improve production efficiency and workflow document management improve service quality. Successful Excel credit management system model is established. This model can automatically fill in and transfer part of files, can also be effective use of L/C static data in the database, and dynamically implement management documents time schedule to remind function.更多还原
