论教育的品性—基于文化的视角
On the Education of Character-Based on the Perspective of Culture

【摘要】 对教育品性的研究,受历史和现实种种因素的影响,人们习惯上认为教育主要受政治、经济发展所影响,同时也服务于政治与经济。而鲜有研究透过教育问题和教育现象从文化视角深层次剖析教育品性,真正认识到教育、文化、人之间同生共荣的关系。因此,笔者提出该论题:从文化的视角审读教育的品性。论文选取了三类具有代表性的社会现象作为引子,带领人们进入对教育品性“文化缺失”已成为社会现实问题的意识范畴,引导人们对文化、教育、人三者进行关系梳理,得到三者存在“桥梁”关系的认知。论文通过解读教育品性所处的现实文化生境,先从宏观思维角度分析站在文化的立场解读教育品性的必要性和现实意义、理论意义,继而从微观思维的角度展开对教育、文化、人关系的梳理,再过渡到对教育品性进行文化透视:通过对教育的本质、根本使命、构成要素的文化分析,结合已有社会现象和相关理论,最后得出相应启示:如何打破“单一学科”的坚冰,为教育的发展充实文化的内涵,为文化的新生寻求合适的教育策略,对教育品性实现文化重建最终实现“教育梦”。论文的研究结果表明,在教育发展的过程中,最能体现一个国家或地区的民族特色、个性特征、价值观念、认知系统的最深层因素是文化;链接政治与教育、经济与教育作用机制之间的“桥梁”也在于文化。从文化视角全面解读教育的品性,有助于扩大教育研究的视野,完善教育理论的建设,深化教育改革的方向,抑制和消弭现实生活中某些教育隐患,提供教育改革和教育发展诸多启示。
【Abstract】 Research on character education, and affected the history and reality of various factors, people used to thinking education are mainly affected by the political and economic development, but also to serve the political and economic. The few studies analyze the educational character from t he cultural perspective of deep-seated problems through educational phenomenon; truly realize the common prosperity of the relationship with the students between education, culture and people. Therefore, I propose the topic: re-reading character education from the perspective of culture.Papers selected three representative social phenomenon as a starter, led the people into the educational character "culture missing" has become a sense of the scope of social problems, and guide people to culture, education, human relations called "bridge" relationship. By interpreting the character of the paper in which the reality of cultural education habitats, thinking macro-standing cultural point of view the position of the character’s interpretation of the necessity a nd relevance of education, and then to start thinking in terms of microscopic education, culture, sort Relations, and then transit to the cultural character of the educational perspective: through the nature of education, the fundamental mission of the ele ments constituting the cultural analysis, combined with the existing social phenomena and related theories, and finally came to the corresponding revelation: how to break the "single discipline, " the ice for the development of education to enrich the conno tation of culture, seek appropriate educational policy for culture newborn, character education and cultural reconstruction and ultimately achieve " education dream. "These research results show that in the course of the development of education, the best embodies the national characteristics of a country or region, personality traits, values, the deepest cognitive systems are cultural factors; the "bridge" of mechanisms between politics and education, econom y and education lies also in culture. Interpretation of comprehensive character education from a cultural perspective, education and research will help expand horizons and deepen the direction of education reform, suppress and digest some disadvantages in real-life education, provide a lot of inspiration about education reform, improve the construction of educational theory.
