高技术企业技术标准联盟稳定性控制研究

【摘要】 在经济全球化的背景下,技术标准已成为高技术企业间竞争的制高点,谁掌握了标准,谁就掌握了市场的主动权。但是技术标准的研发与设定是个长期、艰苦的过程,资金、技术等方面的风险都已超出单一企业所能承受的范围,技术标准联盟作为技术标准设定与推广的助推器便应运而生。纵观国内外文献表明:稳定率低和失败率高是困扰联盟发展的重要问题,因此进行高技术企业技术标准联盟稳定性控制研究对促进联盟稳定运行和标准的研发与设定具有重要的现实意义。本文从过程视角出发,通过定性与定量分析相结合的方法对技术标准联盟的内涵与特征、运行机理和稳定性控制进行了系统研究。主要研究内容如下:首先,对研究对象进行界定,明晰了高技术企业技术标准联盟和联盟稳定性控制的内涵和特征。其次,通过梳理国内外学者的研究现状和研究进展,找到了维持高技术企业技术标准联盟高效、稳定运行的关键——联盟稳定性的过程控制;再次,基于联盟的形成动因和影响盟友选择的各种因素对高技术企业技术标准联盟的运行机理进行了深入剖析,总结了联盟运行过程中具有周期性、动态性、层次性和复杂性等特征;最后,根据联盟运行特点和稳定性控制要点,构建了高技术企业技术联盟稳定性控制的马尔科夫链模型,通过算例分析提出了联盟实现稳定状态的方法和稳定性控制的相关管理建议。上述研究表明,我国高技术企业技术标准联盟起步较晚,其组建、成长、成熟等过程尚不稳定。因此在不同的发展阶段,需要根据高技术企业技术标准联盟的不同状态采取针对性的措施进行有效控制。本研究考虑了联盟内部的动态演化过程,找到了联盟实现稳定状态的最短路径,提出了协调利益分配的方法和措施。上述研究成果为促进高技术企业技术标准联盟稳定与联盟稳定性控制研究提供了理论支撑和实践参考。
【Abstract】 In the context of economic globalization, technology standard has become the key point in the competition of hi-tech companies. The one who mastered the standard grasps the initiative in the market. But the process of developing and setting up a technology standard is long and tough, a single enterprise could not afford the risks of capital, technology and other aspects. Then, the technology standard alliance has come into being as a booster of technology standard setting and promotion. Studies at home and abroad have shown that the development of alliance is perplexed by low stability and high failure. Therefore, studying on stability control of technology standard alliance of hi-tech enterprise is significant for promoting the stable operation, the development and the establishment of technology standard alliance.From the process perspective, the paper has systematic analyzed the connotation and characteristics of technology standard alliance, operation mechanism and the stability control through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The main contents are as follows: First, it defines the research object by clarifying the content and features of hi-tech enterprise technology standard alliance and alliance stability control. Secondly, it has found the way to maintain efficient and stable operation of the hi-tech enterprise technology standard alliance by reviewing literature at home and abroad. Thirdly, it has analyzed the operation mechanism of the hi-tech enterprise technology standard alliance in-depth based on the forming motivations of the alliance and various factors that influence the alliance partner selection. Then, it summarized the alliances’ operation characteristics of periodic, dynamic, gradation and its complexity. Finally, according to the alliance operation characteristics and stability control points, it has built a Markov chain model of hi-tech enterprise technology alliance stability control. It has put forward a way to achieve stable status and some management proposals about stability control of technology standard alliance.The study above shows that the hi-tech enterprises technical standard alliance starts relatively late. The process of its formation, growth, maturity and others are not stable yet. Therefore, we need to take appropriate measures in different developing stages of hi-tech enterprise technology standard alliance so as to realize effective control. At the same time, the study has considered the dynamic evolution in the alliance, found the shortest path to achieve steady-state, and proposed a method to coordinate the benefits distribution. All in all, it has provided a theoretical support and practical reference to promote the study on stability control of hi-tech enterprise technology standard alliance.
