集散控制系统在楼宇中央空调中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着智能楼宇的大面积建设,中央空调需求不断增大,楼宇自动化领域研发在当今的热点课题都是对中央空调能源的节约和对中央空调的自动化控制。制冷系统的心脏是空调系统,中央空调能耗中占很大比例的是制冷系统的能耗,所以,实现中央空调节能运行的有效途径及其必要条件即对制冷系统的智能化控制。本文研究与开发了某大楼智能化工程项目中中央空调制冷自动控制系统,对中央空调整体结构进行了分析研究,对制冷系统各环节的原理展开了分析,同时在参考国内外中央空调制冷控制系统的控制方案基础上,提出了一种基于离散控制系统的中央空调制冷控制系统的控制方案,搭建了此监控系统的总体结构同时完成了有关硬件接口电路的设计;根据ABBAC700DCS硬件平台和Control Builder F组态软件平台进行了二次开发和设计:组态实现了可进行实时在线控制的工程师站、负责操作和运行的操作员站及供所有站之间通信的网关站;为了能让中央空调制冷系统处在最佳工作状态运行,从而达到增效目的,提出并开发了一种自整定PID控制器,它以蒸发器出口的过热度为控制参数,控制蒸发器出口过热度是通过调节电子膨胀阀的相对开启度来实现的;为达到节能的目的,对中央空调机房中的压缩机、冷却泵、冷冻泵的控制原理和实现方法进行了分析设计,并在此基础上编写了中央空调中电气控制系统的所有PLC程序。验证结果表明,本文研究与设计的,基于DCS的中央空调制冷控制系统完成了设计需要的要求,并且系统运行状态正常,同时控制性能良好,是一个能较好适应当今楼宇智能化需求的控制系统,具有一定的实际开发价值、使用价值和推广价值。

【Abstract】 With large area and construction of intelligent building, central air conditioning demand increases unceasingly, building automation research and development in today’s hot topic are on the central air-conditioning energy saving and of central air conditioning automatic control. The heart of the refrigeration system is air conditioning system, central air conditioning energy consumption accounted for a large proportion is the energy consumption of the refrigeration system. So, the realization of central air-conditioning energy-saving operation effective way and necessary condition that the refrigeration system of intelligent control.In this paper, the research and development of intelligent building projects in a fully air-conditioned automatic control system, the overall structure of the central air-conditioning were analyzed, the principles of the refrigeration system at all stages of the analysis carried out, while the reference to domestic and foreign central air conditioning and refrigeration control system The control scheme is proposed based on a control scheme central air conditioning and refrigeration control system based on discrete control system, set up the overall structure of this monitoring system at the same time to complete the design of the hardware interface circuit; according to ABBAC700 DCS hardware platform and configuration Control Builder F software platform for secondary development and design: configuration can be achieved in real-time on-line control of the engineering station, operator stations and is responsible for operating and running the gateway station for the communication between all stations; in order to make central air conditioning and refrigeration systems at run in the best working condition, so as to achieve efficiency and save energy, proposed and developed a self-tuning PID controllers, superheat it to the evaporator outlet as the control parameters to control the evaporator outlet superheat by regulating electronic Relative opening degree of the expansion valve to achieve; central air conditioning compressor in the engine room, cooling pumps, chilled water pump control principle and implementation method were analyzed, and on this basis, the preparation of the central air-conditioning in all of the power control system PLC programs.Verification results show that the proposed research and design, central air conditioning and refrigeration based DCS control system to complete the requirements of the design required, and the system is operating smoothly, while controlling the good performance, can better adapt to today is an intelligent building control system requirements, has some practical development value, use value and promotional value.
