高速动平衡机控制系统

【摘要】 压缩机转子在机组运行中转速很高,高速动平衡是保证转子能够高速运转必不可少的一道工序。高速动平衡机是进行高速动平衡检测的重要设备。高速动平衡机控制系统是保证高速动平衡机顺利运转的基础。为了适应多种压缩机的动平衡检测需要,转子转速400~50000转/分范围内可调,为了减小转子在高速旋转过程中的空气阻力和机械摩擦阻力,高速动平衡机工作在真空和润滑状态下。本文在分析了高速动平衡机工作原理的基础上,以保证高速动平衡机的高效运行为目标,分别针对转子高速系统、润滑系统、真空系统的控制功能和方法进行了论述。针对动平衡对转子转速的要求,保证转子的平滑无极运转,采用DCS500调速器以调压方式实现了对转子转速的控制。为满足不同轴瓦对润滑油流量的需求,提供流量和压力稳定的润滑,设计了PID控制器,用来保证润滑油的流量。为保证转子顺利运转的真空状态,针对抽真空阶段采用了顺序控制方法实现了机械真空泵和罗茨真空泵的顺序控制;针对维持真空阶段采用乒乓控制方法,保证真空度的稳定。采用西门子PLC进行了高速动平衡机的控制系统硬件设计和软件设计。最后,设计了高速动平衡检测系统,实现振动速度和位移量的检测,并基于这两个参数给出了动平衡的调整参数和调整策略。
【Abstract】 As compressor unit putting into operation, the speed of compressor rotor is extremely high. High speed dynamic balance test for compressor rotor is the very important procedure to ensure the rotor could run smoothly with high speed and high speed dynamic balancing machine is the key equipment to conduct high speed dynamic balancing test. High speed dynamic balancing machine control system is the groundwork to ensure the high speed dynamic test could be achieved successfully.In order to adapt to the variety of the compressor dynamic balance testing needs, 400~50000 rpm range of rotor speed is adjustable. In order to reduce the air resistance and mechanical friction resistance in the process of rotor running with high speed, high speed dynamic balancing machine will operate in vacuum and lubricating condition. Based on the analysis of the working principle of high speed dynamic balance machine to ensure the efficient operation of high dynamic balancing machine as the goal, this paper dissertates respectively function and method of the high speed rotor system, lubricating system and vacuum control system.In accordance with rotor speed requirements as conducting rotor high dynamic balancing test and ensure the smooth operation of the rotor without pole, DCS500 governor is adopt to realize rotor speed control by regulating pressure. To meet the needs of different bearing lubrication oil flow and to supply lubrication with stable flow and pressure, PID controller was designed to ensure the lubricating oil flow. In order to ensure the rotor could run smoothly under vacuum condition, sequential control method will be adopt to realize mechanical vacuum pump and roots vacuum pump sequence control at vacuum stage; to ensure the stability of the vacuum degree by using Ping pang control method at vacuum stage.Hardware design and software design of high speed dynamic balancing machine control system is adopt Siemens PLC.This paper also designed a high speed dynamic balance testing system to achieved vibration speed and displacement measurement and gain modifier based on these two parameters to adjust rotor by high speed dynamic balancing.
