【摘要】 水环境与人类社会和谐发展,是保证城市快速稳定发展的先决条件。城市历年供水安全的评价分析以及城市未来供水安全的发展趋势的预测,并制定相应的保障措施,对城市的和谐发展意义重大。本研究引入WPI(水贫困指数)体系,采用主成分分析法确定权重,对影响安阳市水贫困的具体因素进行了筛选,选用影响较大的因素对安阳市水贫困指数进行时间序列(2005~2012)分析,在宏观上对安阳市水安全进行评价;采用单因子评价法,在微观上对影响安阳市水安全的各个子指标进行评价。根据结果提出加强安阳市供水安全的对策措施。本研究以安阳市为例,基于WPI体系对安阳市的供水安全进行定量分析。结果显示,总体上安阳市2005~2020年的供水安全等级呈逐步上升趋势。WPI指数体系中,水资源状况分系统和环境分系统得分较低,但总体上安全等级还是不断提高。单指标方面,筛选的20个指标中水源地水质、人均GDP、基尼系数、人均公共绿地面积等指标安全等级较低。其余指标安全等级变化不大,总体也呈上升趋势。2015年和2020年的预测结果显示,南水北调中线工程通水后,安阳市的供水安全等级有了一个质的飞跃。最后针对供水安全体系中存在的问题提出了一些建议,旨在提高安阳市供水安全等级,也为以后研究安阳市供水安全提供了一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water environment and the harmonious development of human society,is a prerequisite for guarantee the stability of urban rapid development.Urban water supply safety of calendar year evaluation analysis and the development trend of future urban water supply safety forecast,and formulate the corresponding safeguard measures,is of great significance to the harmonious development of the city.This study introduces Water Poverty Index-WPI system,Using principal component analysis to determine the weights,The effect factors of anyang city water poverty has carried on the screen.Selects the influential factors of anyang city water poverty index analysis of time series(2005~2012).Evaluation of water security in Anyang city at the macro level,using the single factor evaluation method on the microscopic,to evaluate the various indicators.According to the results put forward measures to strengthen the anyang city water supply security.This study water poverty index in anyang city as an example,carries on the quantitative analysis of anyang city water supply safety.The results show that,on the whole,the water supply security levels of Anyang city have been gradually rising trend from 2005 to 2020.In the WPI system,Water resources subsystem and Environment subsystem have low scores,but overall the safety level enhances unceasingly.The 20 single indexes,such as Water quality,Per capita GDP and Gini coefficient,The per capita public green area of indicators are in a low security level.The rest of the indicators security levels haven’t changed much,also on the rise as a whole.According to the results from 2015 to 2020,because of the drainage systems of south-to-north water transfer project,the safety level of anyang city water supply has been a qualitative leap.Finally aiming at the problems in the safety of water supply system is put forward some Suggestions,aimed at improving the anyang city water supply safety level,also provides some reference for later study of anyang city water supply safety.更多还原
