LF精炼渣脱硫能力的优化研究

【摘要】 LF钢包精炼炉是冶炼优质钢常用的精炼设备,它通过电弧加热、造还原精炼渣和底吹氩搅拌等方法,为快速脱氧、脱硫、均匀钢水温度、成分并去除钢液中有害夹杂物提供了有效的精炼手段,在纯净钢冶炼方面发挥了巨大作用。LF精炼炉优化了转炉和连铸之间的工艺衔接而且加快了生产节奏,随着对纯净钢需求的不断增加,用LF炉对钢液进行脱硫操作已成为大多数钢厂普遍采用的工艺方法,于是优化精炼渣系和各种工艺因素便成为生产和研究中的重点内容。论文用六西格玛工具Minitab软件,对国内某钢厂210tLF精炼炉生产低硫耐候钢的脱硫工艺过程收集到的177组数据进行了计算和研究,并对该厂LF炉脱硫工艺做出了综合分析和评价,重点探讨了精炼渣成分、温度、底吹氩流量等工艺参数及工艺制度对LF炉脱硫过程的影响。研究表明:LF精炼炉从进站到出站,石灰加入量在1200~1400kg/炉,渣中SiO2含量6~8%之间,渣中Al2O3含量在20~26%之间,脱硫效果较好;随着终点温度的升高,氩气消耗的增加,大氩气量可明显增加脱硫率,总渣料加入量增多,LF脱硫率也随之增大;LF炉脱硫率和渣中不稳定氧化物(FeO和MnO)总含量有着密切的关系,渣中不稳定氧化物越低越有利于脱硫反应的进行,应尽量控制在较低范围,特别是注意出钢过程中的下渣量;渣中TiO2、精炼温度、渣量等因素对脱硫过程也有一定影响。课题研究结果已在该厂得到应用,为稳定脱硫工艺取得了一定的效果。
【Abstract】 LF ladle refining furnace smelting high-quality steel used in the refining equipment,which by arc heating, causing reduction refining slag and bottom argon stirring methodsfor rapid deoxidation, desulfurization, uniform steel temperature, composition andremoving the liquid steel harmful inclusions provided an effective means of refining,smelting steel in pure plays a significant role. LF refining furnace to optimize theprocess of convergence between the converter and continuous casting and speed up thepace of production, With the increasing demand for clean steel, with LF furnace ofmolten steel desulfurization process operation has become a widely used method formost mills so to optimize refining slag and various technological factors of productionand research has become the focus of the content.Papers with Six Sigma tools Minitab software, a domestic production of low sulfursteel210tLF weathering steel refining furnace desulfurization process collected177setsof data were calculated and studied, and LF furnace desulfurization plant to make acomprehensive analysis and evaluation, focusing on the impact of refining slagcomposition, temperature, bottom blowing argon flow and other process parameters andprocess systems for LF furnace desulfurization process. Studies have shown that: LFrefining furnace from inbound to outbound, the amount of lime added in1200to1400kg/furnace slag SiO2content between6to8%Al2O3slag content of between20to26%desulfurization better; with the end temperature, the increase in theconsumption of argon gas, argon gas can be increased significantly large desulfurizationrate, an increase in the total amount of slag, LF desulfurization rate also increases; LFfurnace slag desulfurization rate and unstable oxides (FeO and MnO) is closely relatedto the total content, the lower the unstable oxide slag desulfurization more favorablereaction, should be controlled at the lower range, with particular attention to under slag tapping process; slag TiO2, refining temperature, slag and other factors also have animpact on the desulfurization process. Research results have been applied in the plant,to stabilize the desulfurization process has achieved some results.
