【摘要】 近年来液晶显示器行业竞争日益激烈，企业生产计划制定和执行必须对变化莫测的市场环境做出快速反应。动辄上亿高额的设备投资，让企业急需提高设备利用率，同时企业计划层指令不能及时传达到执行层，设备控制层信息不能实时反馈等问题严重影响公司生产效率和出货速度，使得生产管理成为液晶显示器企业挑战性的问题。本文以S公司液晶显示器工厂制造执行系统为研究对象，在充分借鉴国内外制造执行系统理论与制造执行系统现状研究的综述情况下，对公司制造执行系统展开研究，并在研究的基础上进行实施前后效果比较。本文将制造执行系统研究分为问题解析、制造执行系统系统功能和集成模型、实施效益分析及借鉴三个部分，分析了S公司生产流程，生产与计划管理现状，现行的信息系统，重点分析了公司生产管理中存在的各种问题，并深入分析产生问题的原因。根据分析的原因，从制造执行系统的系统架构、软件架构，到生产计划、制程管理、在制品管理、品质管理、设备管理等对S公司实施的制造执行系统主要功能进行研究。同时研究公司制造执行系统的集成模型，集成模型分为制造执行系统与企业资源计划系统的集成模型、制造执行系统与设备层系统的集成模型、制造执行系统与自动搬送系统的集成模型，阐述集成模型的资料流和作用。对S公司液晶显示器厂实施后制造执行系统主要模块效益进行比较分析，总结实施前后的效果，并对同行业提出一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the TFT-LCD industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the planning and implementation of enterprise has to make quick response to theunpredicted market environment. Hundreds billions of dollars high equipment investmentwhich let enterprises need to improve the equipment’s utilization rate urgently, meanwhileenterprise’s planning layer’s instructions can’t be transmitted to executive layer in time,and device control layer can’t give feedback in real time and so on， mentioned problemsaffect company’s production efficiency and delivery speed seriously, above making theproduction management become TFT-LCD enterprise’s challenge.This thesis takes S company’s TFT-LCD factory manufacturing execution system asthe subject of study, on the basis of the domestic and foreign manufacturing theory andMES status research of system execution, reviews case study of S company, MES, andcontrast the effect of before and after the implementation on the basis of study. Thesis willstudy on manufacturing execution system consists three parts including problem analysis,MES system function and integrated model, implementation benefit analysis and reference.This thesis analyses S company’s production process, production and planningmanagement status, the existing information systems, focuses on the analysis ofproduction management in the presence of various problem, analyses the reason ofexistence. Research of MES main functions and system integration model of S companybased on the analysis of the reason from the system architecture, architecture, MESsoftware, production planning, process management, product management, qualitymanagement, equipment management, integrated model and research company MESsystem consists of MES and ERP system integration model and equipment, MES systemintegration model, integration model of MES transmission system and automatic move,the data flow and function integration model. Comparative analysis on the implementation of S company’s TFT-LCD plant after the main module of MES benefits, and summarizethe effect of before and after, and puts forward some suggestions for the same industry.更多还原
