【摘要】 时分-同步码分多址接入(TD-SCDMA)标准是大唐电信集团代表中国提出,国际电信联盟(ITU)批准并加入第三代合作项目(3GPP)的移动通信国际标准之一。TD-SCDMA标准的产生为我国通信产业的腾飞提供了宝贵的机遇。本文作者承担了大唐移动通信设备有限公司的TD-SCDMA移动通信系统无线接入网中RNC系统资源管理的设计开发工作,对通用平台子系统和无线网络控制器(RNC)设备总体技术方案进行了系统的分析和研究,在此基础上提出了RNC设备中系统资源管理(SRM)的功能和架构,并完成了系统资源管理的的设计和实现方案。系统资源管理按功能分为静态资源子模块,系统资源子模块、ATM管理子模块和HSPS接口子模块。系统资源子模块是系统资源管理的核心,负责控制系统资源的配置、维护和管理。静态资源子模快是系统内部资源数据中心,存储和记录系统中所有内部资源信息。静态资源子模块与系统资源子模块共同实现对系统内部资源的集中管理与维护。ATM管理子模块负责对ATM交换核进行管理。HSPS接口子模块完成与高层信令的接口功能。本文重点研究了系统资源管理模块的设计和实现,最后介绍了后续即将改进的关键特性。本文中的研究成果已经成功应用于大唐移动通信设备有限公司西安分公司的RNC设备设计和开发中,并顺利通过了信息产业部组织的移动测试网(MTnet)外场测试和TD-SCDMA产业化专项测试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Time Division-Synchronous CDMA(TD-SCDMA) is one of the 3rd generation international mobile telecommunication standards put forward by DATANG Telecom Group, approved by International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and adopted by 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). The emergence of TD-SCDMA gives a valuable opportunity to Chinese telecommunication industry.The author is responsible for the Common-Platform-Subsystem of TD-SCDMA radio access network in DATANG Mobile Co. After a systematic analysis and study on TD-SCDMA Common-Platform-Subsystem and on the overall design of RNC equipme-nt, the definition of functionalities and architecture of Common-Platform-Subsystem (CPSS) of RNC equipment were brought forward and the design and implementation of CPSS were also finished. CPSS is responsible for the handling of internal resource manager,the handling of inter communication,the handling of backup,switch,protect,the handling of OS-SHELL, the handling of fault process and recover. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of CPSS, and on the corresponding call test results, finally, it introduces some important features that CPSS will implement in near future.The fruits have been successfully applied to the design and development of RNC equipment in DATANG Mobile Co Xi’an Branch, and the system has passed the field trials in Mobile Test Network(MTnet) and special test for TD-SCDMA industrialization organized by Ministry of Information Industry (MⅡ).更多还原
