变电站互感器二次极性智能检测方案及其激励系统的研究

【摘要】 互感器是变电站的重要高压电气设备之一。互感器将一次侧的大电流、大电压转换为二次侧的小电流、小电压,为二次设备提供交流电流和电压数据,是一次系统和二次系统间的联络元件。因此,互感器二次极性的正确与否关系到二次系统能否可靠运行,进而影响整个变电站的安全稳定运行。目前对互感器二次极性检测还停留在单体检测层面,即对单个互感器在一次侧施加激励,在二次侧采集信号加以判别二次极性接线。该方法对于互感器一次侧和二次侧接线端子相距较远的情况并不适用,且变电站互感器二次绕组众多,该方法需要不断更换接线,工作量大。本文提出了一种基于全站测试思想的互感器二次极性智能测试方法,并设计了适用于该测试方法的激励系统。在本文中,首先研究了10kV三相四星型PT二次极性检测方法,介绍了脉冲电压和正弦电压两种检测方法并设计了相应的激励电源;在总结以上两种方法的基础上,提出了全站测试方法,分别介绍了全站测试的需求、测试原理、极性判定方法以及测试方案;研究了适用于全站测试的同步采集系统,利用GPS同步授时功能形成同步采样脉冲系统,介绍了其硬件组成;研究了适用于全站测试的激励系统,从硬件和软件角度详细介绍了激励系统的组成。最后,从实验角度验证全站测试系统的实用性。
【Abstract】 Mutual transformer is one of the most important high voltage electrical equipments in substation. It converts large current and voltage of primary side into small current of secondary side and provides AC current and voltage datas for secondary equipments.It’s the contacting element between primary equipments and secondary equipments. Therefore, mutual transformer’s secondary polarity is correct or not is related to the secondary system’s reliable operation, thereby affecting the safe and stable operation of whole substation. At present, the test of mutual transformer secondary polarity in substation also remains in the level for a single mutual transformer test, that applies excitation in the primary side and distinguishes the secondary polarity by the acquisited signals in the secondary side. This method does not apply to the situation that primary side wiring terminals of transformer are far from the secondary side wiring terminals,and the mutual transformer secondary windings is numerous, this method requires replacing wiring constantly, and the workload is heavy. This paper presents a intelligent testing method based on the idea of whole station for mutual transformer’s secondary polarity and designs it’s corresponding excitation system.In this paper, polarity testing methods of 10kV 3-phase 4-star potential transformer are studied firstly, including the method of pulse voltage and sinusoidal voltage and their corresponding testing excitation are desgined. Based on summing up the above two kinds of methods,a whole station testing method is raised.It’s test requirements, test principles, polarity judging methods and test schemes are introduced. Synchronous acquisition system applied to station test has been studied.The system uses the time synchronization function of GPS to form the synchronous sampling pulse,and its hardware structure is introduced.The excitation system used for whole station test are studied, and its composition are introduced from the angles of hardware and software in detail.At last, the practicability of it is verified in experiments.
