小学教学楼交通空间疏散设计研究

【摘要】 据不完全资料统计,从2005-2009年的5年时间里,我国中小学校共发生校园严重踩踏事故20多起,受伤人数多达300人,其中死亡人数多达多20人。相似的校园踩踏悲剧频繁发生,追究事故原因,除却学校组织措施不当,老师责任心缺失等管理方豳责任外,教学楼交通空间设计的优化及改进呈现出迫切性。既往研究多聚焦于教学楼设计的整体论述,针对交通空间疏散设计的研究相对较少。因此本文以江苏省连云港市师范高等专科学校第二附属小学项目为依托,对其交通审间疏散设计展开深入的研宽及探析。全文共分上下两篇,上篇是实践项目图纸,下篇是基于实践研究项目的论述部分。下篇论述部分共分为五个篇章:论文绪论部分首先概述了研究背景,并进行研亢对象界定,进而阐述了研究意义、研究现状、研究方法及研究框架。第二章总结出了小学教学楼的建筑特点与使用人员的心珲及行为特点,归纳国内现有教学楼交通空间的布局模式,进而梳理出基于安全疏散目标的交通空间设计要点。接着针对代表性案例样本,以基于经验式评测方法形成的分析模型,进行交通空间的疏散效率评价,使案例实现可视化的数值评价。在第三章中,文章提出利用疏散软件模拟人员疏散过程的方式作为疏散设计评测的方法,并对其研究的理论基础,操作方法以及较之传统评测方法的优势进行详细论述,以案例应用佐汪其合理性和可行性。最终文章回归丁连云港市师范高等专科学校第二附属小学综合教学楼单体设计,对其过程方案的疏散设计进行评测,针对评测结果提出优化策略并验证。第五章,总结本文的研究结论,创新点与不足。希望以此篇论文的探索与解析,为今后小学教学楼的交通空间疏散设计研究与实践开启一个新的视角。
【Abstract】 According to incomplete statistics, in the five years from 2005-2009,there were more than 20 campus serious stampede of primary and secondary schools in our country,the number of injured up to 300 people,which killed as many as more than 20 people. Most previous studies have focused on the overall discussion of Teaching Building Design, relatively few studies on the design of traffic space evacuation.Therefore, the thesis with the project in Lianyungang City of Jiangsu Province, the second Primary School of Teachers College project as the basis, focus on its transportation evacuation design space and depth of research.The thesis is divided into Part 1 and Part Ⅱ, the first part is the project drawings, next is discussed in part based on the research of practical projects.Part Ⅱ is divided into five chapters:The introduction part first summarizes the background and defining the study subject and then describes the research significance, research status, research methods and research framework.The second chapter summarizes the architectural characteristics and emergency shelter characteristics of elementary school buildings, summarized the traffic space layout mode of the existing teaching building domestic.In the third chapter, the thesis proposes the use of software to simulate the evacuation process as a way to design evaluation methods, and discussed in detail the theoretical basis of the study, methods of operation and the advantages compared to the traditional method of their evaluation, application of case evidence its rationality and feasibility.Finally, the thesis returns to the project about Teaching Buildings of Lianyungang Teachers College Second Primary School, evacuating the process evaluation programs, show an optimization strategy for the evaluation results and validate.This study hopes to open a brand new perspective in evacuation design of Traffic space in primary school teaching buildings.
