【摘要】 近年来,随着城市综合体的兴建,以此为载体的高星级酒店市场发展迅速。鉴于城市综合体业态环境的日益多样,建筑师的工作不应该限于满足任务书的基本要求,而是更多地参与酒店的前期定位研究,配合甲方拟定合理的任务书,因此有必要全面了解这类酒店的功能构建及组织规律的相关知识,并掌握其发展及变化的规律。本文主要从以下几个方面展开综合体酒店功能构建及组织的研究：第一部分为提出问题,即第一章的绪论,从实践项目的需求出发,简要阐述研究选题的背景、目的、相关概念以及国内外研究现状。第二部分为分析问题,即第二章城市综合体中高星级酒店定位与特征的研究,分析了城市综合体功能系统的特征与模式,以此为基础探讨了酒店与综合体的关系性及定位特征。第三部分为解决问题,包含三、四章,分别从功能构建及功能组织两个方面研宄,根据近几年综合体酒店功能要素的种类、配比及布局,结合相关的行业规范,探讨其设计的参考标准以及变化发展的规律,提出相应的设计方法。第四部分为理论结合实际部分,结合笔者参与的南京长江之舟主题酒店,对前文理论进一步检验,以此总结全文的研究成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of urban complex, high-star hotel markets based on this has been widely expanded. Due to the various function system in urban complex, the architect’s work shouldn’t be limited to basic requirements in assignment schedule. More attention should be paid to earlier research on hotel function positioning and reasonable assignment schedule together with first party. Therefore overall and comprehensive understanding about the function construction and organization of hotel in urban complex is necessary for the design.The thesis on unction construction and organization of hotel in urban complex is developed in several parts as follows:The first part includes the first chapter, which is concerned on the major problems of background, purpose, methods and research status at home and abroad.The second part includes the second chapter, which focuses on high-star hotel positioning in urban complex. Through a clear understanding of function system in urban complex, the potential relationship between hotel and urban complex is revealed together with relative features of hotels in urban complex.The third part includes the third and fourth chapter, which is organized in two aspects: function construction and function organization. The reference standards in design and the development regular are further studied based on the research of function composition and distribution in recent hotels in urban complex, together with the relevant industry standards.The fourth part presents explicit understanding of the design theory of the function construction and organization from the practical perspective combined with the hotel project in Nanjing, which the author has been engaged in for several months.更多还原
