太阳能发电产品检测平台监控系统研制

【摘要】 太阳能发电产品检测平台用于测试太阳能发电产品的功能、性能、安全性等指标,并给出检测结果和评估意见。为支撑和配合太阳能发电产品检测平台的应用,论文对其配套的监控系统的功能需求进行研究,给出了太阳能发电产品检测平台监控系统相对于常规发电、变电监控系统的特征,针对这些特征研制了一种满足要求的电气二次系统和计算机监控系统。论文针对太阳能发电产品检测平台中的电网扰动模拟环境和低电压穿越模拟环境两个最重要的子系统中监控系统进行了重点研究,阐述它们各自的应用场景,对监控系统在子系统中所处的角色进行了定位,提炼了监控系统的特征,并针对这些特征进行了硬件和软件功能的部署,设计了一种合理的满足试验和检测要求的系统。论文还就太阳能发电产品检测平台监控系统研制过程中所遇到的问题,给出了解决方案,将这些方法应用到系统研制过程中,进一步改进和优化了提出的方案。

【Abstract】 Solar energy power product testing platform is built for testing indicators of energy power products, such as function, performance, and Safety, which gives testing results and guidance for improving the tested object also. To support and cooperate the application of solar energy power product testing platform, this paper studies functional requirements of the matched SCADA, and provides features of the SCADA compared to common system of generation and substation. According to these features, this paper researches a kind of system to satisfy the requirements of the electrical secondary and the computer monitoring.This paper pays attention on the researches of grid disturbance simulation and low voltage ride through in the solar energy power product testing platform, which are the most important sub systems. The applications of scene are described, the positions in sub system are designed, and the features of SCADA are refined. A feasible design scheme of electrical secondary and the computer monitoring control system is achieved.This paper provides solutions of researching the SCADA of solar energy power product testing platform as well. It will improve and optimize programs if applies these solutions to researches of SCADA.Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition
