轮胎生产过程信息管理系统研究及应用

【摘要】 轮胎是汽车的重要部件之一,其生产过程的特点是:具有连续过程与间歇过程,又具有自动化工序和人工操作过程,有的工序具有易燃易爆特点。因此本论文开展轮胎生产过程信息管理系统的研究,以实现其生产过程的信息化、网络化管理,具有重要的实际应用价值。通过分析轮胎生产过程现场的各个生产工艺流程,即包括密炼、挤出、压延及胎圈成型、裁断及胎面成型、硫化、产品测试六大生产工艺过程,基于某轮胎公司的实际生产需求,设计了基于轮胎生产过程中的挤出、压延及裁断工序的信息管理系统总体架构,包括客户端和网页WEB端两部分。对于客户端部分,设计了客户端部分的结构、数据库、用户界面和功能模块。在管理系统结构设计中,采用C/S两层结构模式,将系统的应用功能划分为客户机和服务器两层结构模式,实现双方共同协作来完成信息管理的任务;在数据库设计中,从应用安全性及稳定性角度和项目需求出发,采用SQL Server技术,把生产线上的实体关系模式映射为关系数据库中对应表格;在功能模块的设计中,按照系统需求确定系统的主要功能模块如下:实时数据显示、配方管理、历史数据及报表曲线查询、登陆、权限管理及系统配置及注销登录等,实现了公司对轮胎生产过程信息管理系统的功能需求,并且便于工作人员进行系统维护和后期扩展研发。对WEB端部分,采用了B/S体系结构模式,使用Dreamweaver CS6进行网页布局,使用PHP语言进行网页端程序开发,以SQL Server作为底层数据库,实现了网页实时查看现场生产数据的功能。该系统提供了用户登录、信息显示、数据查询等功能,其操作界面友好,提高了生产现场操作人员的工作效率和管理系统的标准化水平,使用户在厂区内随时随地都可以通过局域网查看整个生产过程。采用两种模式相互结合的设计方式,充分应用了两种模式的优点,使系统内相互制约和相互联系的部分构成一个完整的信息管理系统。经实际应用结果表明,该过程信息管理系统能够满足生产需求和管理需求。

【Abstract】 As one of the important parts of the car, the production process of the tire is a continuous processes and also a batch process. The production process has manual processes and automatic processes. In addtion, some working procedures have explosive characteristics. Therefore, the study on process information management system in the process of tire production in this dissertation has important practical applications to achieve production process information-based and networked management.By analyzing the production process in the scene of tire production process, which includes six production processes: mixing, extrusion, calendering and bead forming, cutting and tread forming, curing, and product testing, based on the actual production of a tire company, the overall architecture of information management system is designed based on the tire production process extrusion, rolling and cutting process, including two parts of the client and Web ends. For the client end, the structure, database, user interface and function modules of client portion are designed.In the architecture design of management system, the Client/Server two-tier structure model is introduced, the application function of the system is divided into the two structure model layer client and server to achieve the two sides working together to accomplish the task of information management; In the database design, SQL Server technology is adopted in the design in order to insure the application security and stability and of the project needs, the entity-relationship model of production line is mapped to the table corresponding to relational database; In the design of function modules, the main development modules of the system determined by the system requirements are as follows: logging in, rights management and system configuration, real-time data display, recipe management, and historical data and reporting curve inquiring, the company’s functional requirements for information management of the tread is achieved, and the system maintenance and post extension development is more easy for the developers. For the WEB part, the Browser/Server architecture mode is employed, and the functions of real-time via wing the production data on the web site are actualized using the Dreamweaver CS6 for page layout, PHP language for programming and the SQL Server as the underlying database.The system provides login, information display, data query and other functions for users, and has friendly user interface, improves work efficiency for the site operators and standardization level of the management systems, allowing users anywhere in the factory district to view the entire production via LAN process. The design approach based on two modes combined with each other has take full advantages of both modes, making mutual restraint and mutual contact portion of the system to form a complete information management system. The practical application results show that the process information management system designed in this dissertation can meet the production requirements and management needs.
